Lead time is approximately 10-14 working days from signed approval to installation of your granite, marble, quartz, quartzite or porcelain countertops.
Setup a measure appointment for our technician to come out in order to create an estimate, or send cabinet drawings for a project manager to work on. Purchase sink, faucet, soap dispenser, cooktop, vents and all that goes on the countertop.
Once all selections have been finalized & deposit received, a Sublime Project Manager will confirm and review the selections and details with you, will check if your cabinets are 100% installed and if all the necessary items are on site: which means you are ready for template.When ready for template, your Project Manager will confirm all the information with our Template Tech, and will contact you to set an appointment date.

From the sales people to the installers, they were very polite and courteous. The countertop's we had them installed came out looking great, I would recommend them for anyone to use on there next home project. They were ON TIME every time and did an awesome job! They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves, my husband and I could not be happier!

We used Sublime for our home remodel. They fabricated and installed our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom counter tops. Everything turned out amazing. The installers were friendly and professional. All the help we got in the office was great. They went above and beyond to pull out the remnants we decided on so we could be sure we wanted them and they went over the whole process with us. I would definitely recommend Sublime to any of my friends and family

SO thankful we went with Sublime Custom Stone! Ryan and his team were super responsive, helpful, and accurate with everything they did. They had a huge selection and we ended up finding the perfect quartz for our kitchen. The installation day went super smooth and fast. Very reasonably priced & overall great experience!

This is a late review because I wanted to find out how well the installation held up. I am happy to say that it was a joy to work with these guys. We have a very large open kitchen with a kitchen island and a double 2 tier counter (the upper tier is a long bar that runs the entire length of the kitchen. I had several other companies that quoted me quartz only because our counter has several unusual angles that would not work well with granite. One encouraged me to tear down the bar and extend the lower tier out to make it more affordable. We didn’t want to do this because we would lose a wall

We've used Sublime as our exclusive granite fabricator in over 20 homes over the past twelve months, and will continue to use them in the future. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable, their install crews are efficient and professional, and they have never missed an appointment date. Though seldom, mistakes do happen - and when they do, management has always been there to take care of the issue promptly.
We've used a handful of granite fabricators over the past several years; some not so good, and some were great! But, Sublime Custom Stone has certainly been the best.

We recently had granite installed in our kitchen and bathrooms and Sublime did an outstanding job. All their employees from Katie in the sales office to Chris, Justin, Cory and Mike, the installation team, were great to work with and very helpful with their suggestions. They are definitely perfectionists in their work.
