We hired Cosimo and his team when we decided to replace the carpet in our offices/bedrooms and went to his store to select it. After discussing our long term plans to replace the tile in the remainder of our house as well, Cosimo walked us over to the luxury vinyl and recommended that we install it throughout the house, which we did.

After shopping around to many carpet stores and getting a little sticker shocked on a good quality carpet for our home we happened upon Paradise Tile and Stone which is right around the corner. What a little gem! They have an excellent selection as well as fair prices, even for a more premium carpet. Cosimo was a true gentlemen, very knowledgeable, and did everything he said he would and more! Great installers that did a top-notch job - wish I could remember their names because they were very professional and thorough in their installation. We will definitely purchase tile/flooring/carpet again

I had the flooring in my whole house replaced. Benito, Marie and Edwin removed all of the existing tile, carpet and baseboards. They installed vinyl plank and new baseboards, caulked the baseboards and cleaned up their mess. They had to repeatedly move my furniture out of the way because I have nowhere to place it temporarily and then moved everything back. They did a fantastic job! The vinyl plank looks great and I felt the price was very reasonable.

Excellent craftsmanship. Fair competitive price (based on receiving multiple bids). The tile-setter, Reglio, was a perfectionist. Cosimo worked with us to schedule the work around our deadlines. Altogether an excellent customer experience. Great customer service. Do not hesitate to work with Paradise Tile!

I went to a couple different places before stopping at Paradise Tile that did not make me feel like I was anything but more money in their pocket. Cosimo made me feel very comfortable the minute I walked through the door. He treated me like a person and not just another sale. When he came to measure my place he was very up front and honest about everything. I ended up having more done than I first planned with other companies yet the cost of the job was about as much as the others and with Paradise Tile I got a better product. Cosimo was wonderful to work with. We replaced the carpet and tile in our downstairs living area and kitchen with luxury vinyl plank. From the time I walked in the store to our project completion was 2 weeks. I was shocked we could get our job scheduled and done so quickly. Cosimo made several helpful suggestions but was never pushy. His crew was polite, professional and very fast. I appreciate how careful the crew was with our furniture and they cleaned the new floor several times before leaving. Our floors look amazing.

The business is trustworthy and has great customer service. In 2017, I had shopped a few places and had the issue of trying to install tile in a second floor condo with HOA rules regarding sound proofing. Cosimo was knowledgeable on condo flooring installs and helped me to pick out a beautiful laminate wood floor and carpet. He was quick to come out and give me an estimate. The installers for both were top notch. Cosimo has the best folks working for him. So far, no complaints from neighbors about noise and the condo looks amazing. Beautiful flooring.
