I’ve had a Sears home warranty for years and when I called for dishwasher service, they arranged for Jumpstart to call us. The scheduler was very professional and quickly booked us. Hours later we received another call from Jumpstart employee that was obviously shocked her manager would not allow them to service our home in Pahrump. Further adding, we do often, but not today -paraphrasing . To say I’m extremely disappointed is an understatement,

Sam and his team are AMAZING! I had been getting the run around for over a week with the company I started with to repair my refrigerator and then was told to call Sam at JumpStart. They saved the day. I was at my wits end. They arrived on time and did what needed to be done. They had to order an additional part and had to come back but no fault of their own. The part came so fast and as soon as it arrived they came to finish the job. The technician was very kind and extremely friendly. I felt like I was in great hands. Thank you Sam, Manny and JumpStart!!

Sam was very polite on the phone and dispatched AJ to service the ice maker. They were both very professional and the repair was completed in a timely manner. We even had some challenges in finding the issue but he stuck with it and got it all done.

Sam answered my text even though he was on a job. It was around Noon and he was able to come the next day. He let me know when he was on his way. My LG dryer wasn't heating and it only took Sam 15 minutes to figure out that a tiny rubber seal inside the gas line was loose and blocking it. He didn't even charge me full price. He also fished some screws out of the lint cavity and fixed up the lint filter, cleaned up the dust and asked me how I wanted the dryer positioned. We talked about other appliances and he gave me a lot of good information about maintenance and safety. I think he's an honest

I called three different appliance repair companies and every single one had the same response " We don't work on South Korean Appliances" ... Most appliances on the market now are South Korean, but anyways, they advised me to call the number on the sticker of the fridge and so I did. The LG rep gave me the phone number to these guys and told me to call and make an appt and so I did. They showed up, ran diagnostics the compressor was failing. Came back with a new compressor the next day and replaced it. Saved me from buying a new fridge. They were clean, courteous and were in and out under a couple
