Pike Properties and Spiracle Media documented the home building process in Charlotte with an HGTV-like look at all of the action. From acquisition and demo, to construction and staging, we are showcasing the process from start to finish in a web series. Our specialty is in-fill construction, meaning we buy in established neighborhoods and build a new home on the home site.
Some of our favorite hoods are Cotswold, Sedgefield, Chantilly, Plaza Midwood, Madision Park, Wesley Heights and Barclay Downs. For new construction, we work intimately with award winning home designers to collaborate on creating the perfect home design. In the case of a remodel, we do all the design in house, and then send our plan to a draftsman to create CAD drawings.
All work is performed by our team of sub-contractors and managed by our in-house construction manager. Being the General Contractor gives us total control over the design of the homes we build as well the quality in which they are constructed. Often times one of our active builds is a perfect fit for an inquiring buyer.

I have done business with Anthony and Matt since 2015. Our relationship as home builder/construction lender has grown each year. As a lender, the builder's ability to build homes on time and on budget is key. Their value-added techniques result in home designs that are appealing to buyers. They are also experts at finding desirable homesites in sought-after neighborhoods.

Anthony and Pike Co. has been a dream to work with. Especially Anthony. They not only met my price they went above. So helpful in finding the home of our dreams for retirement. Very patient and understanding of the physical and emotional needs of my family. In the end, I can't understand why everyone on my street not selling to them. I've been in and out of construction for over 40 years and have never been treated so well.

I don't own a Pike property, unfortunately, but I did have a chance to work with them on a redevelopment project in my neighborhood. What was once an abandoned problematic house at Providence Road and Westbury became 3 very distinctive luxury homes for 3 families. I was impressed that, unlike another developer currently working in the neighborhood, they proactively sought input from our neighborhood during their zoning phase and shared their plans for feedback. They were responsive to street congestion and other temporary disruptions during the construction phase. In the end, our neighborhood gained

If I could give the Pike Team more than 5 stars I would! They are easily one of the top builders in Charlotte and it shows in the incredible details and thought they put into every square inch of their homes. WOW! What a premier Charlotte builder SHOULD LOOK LIKE!!! I can't say enough great things about the company and brand that Pike Properties has assembled. They just get it! The attention to detail is unlike anything I have experience in Charlotte. Their business model is unique ... and it just works! While you might not be able to do a full custom-to-the client build with Pike Properties, they make up for it in their service and quality control to the consumer. There are many builders that can get things done. There are few that can produce quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Anthony and the team at Pike, set a high bar. They are thoughtful and diligent to ensure clients are thrilled with their design and build process. In Charlotte it is so wonderful when Pike properties has a new build as they are truly uncommon in a very common sea of new construction.

Could not find say anything bad about Pike. As a local Real Estate Agent in Charlotte, the entire process with my buyer has been unbelievably pleasant. Exceptional builders, wonderful designs, thorough customer service. I've had many custom homes built in the past and have a very good idea of what's involved in the process. Though Pike Properties (Matt, Anthony, and Tyler) do not build "custom homes", the quality and design are better than custom because they've thought everything through for the homeowner. The result is phenomenal. Everyone who sees our Pike-built home falls in love with it.
We moved from the DC-area for our work in 2017, and didn't have time to go back and forth to finalize the build and details of our new home. The Pike Properties
