I absolutely love our awning. Mr Fitzsimmons gave us the best price. He also advised us on the best color to use, one that would last the longest. We also added roll down shades to diffuse the light. He advised against curtains because that would effect airflow. We get much more use of our deck that gets direct sunlight all day. Its’s an additional living/entertaining space. There were some delays due to COVID getting the material for the awning,, but he kept us informed. They also came out on a Saturday to install our last shade because they had many projects and they didn’t want us to wait

Had a awesome experience with John. Super professional, completed the project on time and the awning looks great! Honestly not only the best price but top level quality and warranty. He even factored in weather patterns and was able to find a way to not block out security light sensor that I thought might be in the way.
