Super impressed with Palmetto Family Hearing Center. Took my 87 year old mother in for a hearing evaluation and to consider getting hearing aids. (My professional background is working with the deaf and hard of hearing, so I have a good basic understanding of audiology and hearing loss.)

I finally decided to get my hearing checked and found Palmetto Family Hearing center after doing some research. I cannot express enough how wonderful this practice is! Every single person there was so nice and helpful. My Dr was AMAZING! After years issues he found the problem and had the solution in one visit. I know this will be life changing and I am so very grateful!

I've been coming to Palmetto Family Hearing since 2016 and couldn't be happier with them. Dr. Fike is my regular audiologist but I've also seen Dr. Katulak and they're both great. Audiology is a lot more than doing hearing tests and programming the numbers into a device. Dr. Fike showed some ingenuity figuring out how I could get better high frequency hearing and speech recognition without triggering feedback. He always takes time to explain what he's doing and answer questions. The office is well run and organized.

Keeping tabs on one's hearing as age progresses is an important activity on everyone's To Do list. Dr. Fike provides a non-stressful environment for testing, and clear explanations. Everyone who works in the office is pleasant and accommodating. Kim even met my wife once closer to our home to replace a hearing aid part. We highly recommend this practice!

I was very pleased with my 1st appointment with Dr. Fike. He clearly understood the difficultly I was having with my hearing aids and was confident that he would be able to help. He patiently explained how far technology had advanced and after diagnosing my hearing levels with some
impressive new equipment, he was able to clean and adjust my hearing aids. I left his office amazed how I could hear sounds I hadn't heard for a long time. Dr. Fike will become my new Audiologist.

Dr Fike and his staff are great folks, providing excellent service and care. When my left hearing aid recently developed a problem (the first time in 2 years of wearing the Phonak device) Tiffany advised me to bring the devices in and she would have Dr, Fike evaluate it that day to advise me on what was wrong. Dr. Fike, as promised, contacted me that day to advise the device would need to be sent back to the manufacture for evaluation and repair. He also offer me the use of a loaner hearing aid while my device was being repaired. He scheduled me an appointment for the next day to fit and adjust
