Unfortunately, many people delay getting their hearing tested when they notice a change in their hearing. Sadly, getting a simple hearing test may have been put off for years because they may think their hearing issue is insignificant and something they can work around or deal with. Many people don't realize that our ears function for us to hear, but understanding happens in our brain.
You can expect our Hearing Specialist to discuss important facts about hearing loss and address any of your questions or concerns about hearing loss or hearing aids during your hearing test. Our team will take the time to listen and make sure that they fully understand where you may be having difficulty and what prompted you to come in.
The first step to a hearing test is checking to make sure that your hearing problem is not caused by excessive wax or any other physical medical issue. This is done by using an otoscope to physically look inside your ear canal. You will be able to see inside your own ear, on a large monitor, as the hearing specialist is looking as well.

Came to the office with plenty of problems; 1 could not hear out of one ear or very little. 2 my phone link quit working after my Sim cell was replaced in my phone couldn't get it to relink. 3 door on one of my hearing AIDS was loose and was ready to fall off. 4 ear pieces need to be replaced as they were broken.
Quick evaluation found that the amplifier was weak in the one hearing aid, quickly replaced. Overhauled and replaced both ear assembly stems. Relink the hearing aids and the phone link and the phone now they probably work all together, Eureka!

Once again, I have received the most outstanding service any hearing aid user could ever receive. Michelle is attentive, patient, understanding and always friendly and professional. She is an absolute joy to work with. Catina, the receptionist, is personable and always accommodating with appointments and hearing aid supplies. They make a wonderful team. They are both precious individuals who absolutely love what they do and it shows. I look forward to my visit with them!

Very convenient to Sun City we brought my 98 year old dad here to replace his Veteran Administration hearing aids. These hearing aids were just not giving him enough volume to hear clearly and he consequently isolated himself from others because he could not hear what they were saying.
Kevin Greene is the current specialist and we have met with him on a number of occasions for cleaning and adjustments. Absolutely no problem and he takes the time to check settings and test how well dad is hearing. We finally got the aids to the point where one can talk to my dad in just slightly louder than
