Working with Don at DAC Concepts & Construction in Ridglea Hills Fort Worth was a great experience. Don was very knowledgeable about custom designed homes, offered us a lot of options, and was very accomodating throughout the entire home building process. Don also guided us through deciding on things like flooring, carpeting, kitchen appliances, colors, wiring, and floor plans for our new home. Don Coulson of DAC Concepts and Construction has provided general contracting services for our company on two occasions. Our first contract with DAC included the construction of a new 6000 square foot building, 50' x 80' overhead cover and associated concrete parking areas for the new construction. The second contracting service provided, included construction of internal office space, including three offices, in one of our existing buildings.
