Greg called me a few days prior to my appointment to get details of the problem I was having with my ice maker. On the day of my service appointment, he texted me to let me know he was about 20 to 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, Greg was very professional. He put on booties to protect my floor and was wearing a mask which I appreciated. He explained to me what he was doing to repair my ice maker step-by-step. After the repair he asked if I had any further questions. It is not often that a repair man is so knowledgeable and helpful. Greg did a great job. I highly recommend Pegasus appliance repair

Jeff Wiegmann was our technician and kept us informed even before he arrived. The day before his arrival, via telephone, he helped me run the diagnostic test on the washer (which I didn’t know existed much less how to run). He walked me through the steps and was able to determine the likely problem. Then he put parts on his truck so he could fix it in one trip. This was a relief as since the pandemic hit, we have had to deal with backordered parts for a freezer repair and also on a car repair as well as waiting a couple of months on a replacement microwave that fit a custom built cabinet in the

This was my third call to a company after endless loops around two other phone trees. When your washing machine is broken, you're really in the mood to discuss the situation with another human being. I was expecting more of the frustrating same with Pegasus, and that is not what I received. They were spectacular.
Their phone tree offers you a text line - and when you use that, a human being (a capable, responsive, literate, helpful one) walks you through the entire process. Asks questions, offers responses, and sets up an appointment.

I am a fan of using Pegasus Appliance Repair and the tech who services the McKinney area, Fred Diamond. Fred is personable, intelligent, very professional and has a great way of explaining his work to ensure customer's know how issues are resolved.

Was very pleased with the service. For the first time in months I'm finally able to use my dishwasher. I had a repair service come out whom switched out parts, and replaced the dishwasher entirely on two separate occasions. Abel (repair man) was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the first time. I highly recommend them, and I will be contacting them in the future.

Hi! I stopped by to praise both my technician, Fred, and the easy, cool, quick process by which he made it to my home to inspect my flashing, angry, beeping washing machine.

This was such an easy and smooth process. The glass on the door of mr stove shattered. I called and and filed the claim, received a text the very next day and had an appointment for repair just a couple of days after. Communicating by text made the entire process so much easier. Highly please and absolutely recommend.

If you want an appliance fixed the right way the first time while receiving excellent service this is the company to use! The technician, Jeff that came out was excellent, he knew exactly what to do for the fix and did it quick. He was professional, notified me of arrival time, knowledgeable and got problem fixed.
