Jesse's technician replaced the computer board for our washer and a few days later it stopped working again. Jesse came for the follow up visit and he quickly stated we needed an electrician, not him. He seemed annoyed and emotional. Definitely not able to conduct himself in a professional manner. Our electrician fixed our breaker, but the washing machine still doesn't work. Jesse denied our request for a refund for the computer board, stating we couldn't prove that we didn't need it. He even went so far as to imply I was trying to take advantage of them. Jesse clearly lacks

Disappointing Customer Service....
Jesse's helped us last year fix our dryer without complaints. However fast forward 9 months later and the same problem happened again which was concerning given we just had it fixed by them. (Two screws popped out from back and dryer made loud noises and burning smell, so was concerned they had not properly tightened the parts back together the first time )
Their windows of time are large, in which I understand given the nature of their business, however I work in health care as a medical provider directly with patients and it's difficult for me to

Had some work done back in July. Problem persisted and I called to get it resolved. They would not come back out unless they charged me again. Guess I should have read the fine print. Would have hoped they could come out and check the work of the Tech they had to fire for poor performance.
Changed my review. Jesse himself came out and double checked the work without a charge. Good thing he did, as previous tech did not complete the work.

Very disappointed with them not standing by their service. Be aware- they warranty their service call for 30 days and parts for 90 days. I was two weeks past 90 days when my freezer part (which they bought and installed) stopped working and they wouldn't take ownership of the problem. If you would like something to work for longer than 30 days find another provider.

Honest and upfront service! My 9-year old LG front load washer suddenly wouldn't finish a spin cycle early this Sunday morning. I tried a few tips that I saw online before finding Jesse's AC & Appliance on Yelp and sending them a request for a call. Jesse called me later (on a Sunday, no less) and, after a few questions, he said it was likely my control board because there was no error message on the display. Wow--Jesse is one of those old school types you wish everyone was like! Friendly and professional Jose came out to replace the boot seal (bellows) on my LG washer because I needed someone that knew how to get the new boot seal on the rim (I gave up). He was very competent, quick, and professional and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. I would definitively recommend Jose.

Jesse came highly reviewed and was such a disappointment. He comes in, takes a look at the air conditioner and says "buy a new one" and then charged a hefty fee. I'm not particularly thin-skinned but I found him to be rude and abrupt. I did buy a new one from a different AC company which provides great service. Jesse seemed to have a chip on his shoulder about something. Checking back in with the original group that had recommended him, I started hearing more of the same about how rude he can be.

Jesse is a very good and honest man. Our washing machine died so I searched on Yelp for someone in East Dallas and found Jesse's AC & Appliance. Gave them a call and Jesse and Jose came out the next afternoon. They took a look at our machine and told us the suspension rods for the tub had broken. He told the parts alone would be @$300 plus labor. He did not try to push us into fixing our machine realizing a new machine would be just a bit more.

He did fix my washing machine. However the next day I had an error message on my machine. I called him about it and his response was "Try another cycle." Well that wasn't the best customer service but if that's what he has to offer, maybe that's ok for the next person. Needless to say, I haven't used Mr. Jesse again.

I received a referral for this company on a Facebook community posting for someone to do appliance repairs, specifically for my Kitchenaid refrigerator/freezer.

He initially diagnosed the problem as needing to replace a part that controlled the compressor. This part was appx $300. St this point, I believed he knew what he was doing and allowed him to take my broken ice maker to clean & fix.
WRONG/BIG MISTAKE
He did not stay to see if refrigerator was working or cooling properly & said to wait 24 hrs to report any

Let me start out by saying that I love Yelp. It is like Angie's List but free. I had an HVAC guy I have used for a while, but he was getting pretty flaky over the last year or so, so I turned to Yelp. I contacted Jesse and got a voicemail. As I was leaving a message on the machine, he picked up. It was either close to 5pm or a little after. Anyways he told me to put my request through an email via his website. After reading several positive reviews about Jesse's ability to quickly respond to calls and fix air conditioners, I decided to give him a call. My home air conditioner was blowing hot air and I knew it was leaking but didn't want to face the music or pay an exorbitant amount of money to fix the problem.
Jesse came out on a Tuesday morning at the beginning of the window he gave me (if not earlier) and did a quick inspection of my attic and HVAC system. He gave me a few options and I went with a quick fix, which didn't break the bank and will hold me over until the end of summer
