It was in the evening after hours when a toilet tank leak at our office flooded the floors. The call center responded fast, assign a manager, and then Ryan showed up soon after. Ryan wrote up the work and Ovarli followed with a truck of supplies. They did great work, gave good follow up suggestions and sprayed anti-microbial as preventative measure. Would certainly hire again!

Found that our AC unit's condensation drain had clogged and the shut-off had not kicked in. No telling how long it had been that way, but the room behind it got the carpet soaked. Called the company and Ryan responded with a quickness. He came by, looked at the problem, and worked us up a very reasonable estimate. I have to work with my landlord on this as I am just renting. But I forwarded the estimate to them and, if it winds up falling to me to fix, I'll hit Ryan up. Very professional and personable guy. Highly recommend.

Back in June of this year we experienced a flood caused by our upstairs AC which destroyed the area surrounding the AC and the ceiling and walls of my dining room. It came out of nowhere and I had no idea who to even call because I’ve never undergone anything like this before. I took to Google to find a company to get here quickly to take care of all of the water before we got mold, because I’m highly allergic to it. Small kitchen fire and needed help with cleanup which mainly involved fire extinguisher residue. I called 911 Restoration to investigate and get an estimate on cleanup. I called 911 restoration on Thursday. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and willing to listen to my situation before connecting me directly to Oby Rivera.
Oby was very patient and professional over the phone. He said he would be able to get someone out the next day to evaluate the water leak and mold on my ceiling.
The next day (Friday) I received a call from the techs( Brian & Ryan) who were assigned to this job. They gave me an estimated time of arrival, which they made.
