Where can I start Ari the owner is an amazing person. Very responsive and detailed. He picks up his phone anytime of the day he even contacts you when an idea pops in his head. His crew is very professional. I’m very happy that I found this company to finish my fire clean up if you going to use any company for this kind of work definitely use flood pro. He’s currently on phase 2 of my home. I’m very happy with phase 1. Wow Phase 2 the garage he’s almost done what a difference .I cannot emphasize on the quality of his work. From start to finish everything was as smooth and perfect as possible. Ari, the owner, is as stand up of a person as it gets. We had 4 inches of water in the house from the tropical storm. Clean, knowledgeable, & professional! Ari & his team were recommended by our plumber after we had a slab leak. From the minute they walked in the house they were professional and very thorough. Everyone wore masks and booties. This was reassuring since we are in the middle of a COVID-19 outbreak, but needed our leak fixed immediately. They did an excellent job containing the area so we did not have a mess throughout the rest the house. Ari gave us great advice & helped make a difficult time easier.
