WOW!!! If you're going to use a garage door company this is THE ONE. I noticed an issue with my garage door Friday after Thanksgiving. Not expecting a response, I called 3 companies and left messages. Magically I receive a text from Gano at City Garage Door letting me know they are closed, but will will call me on Monday. Today being Monday, I receive a text at 8:30am to schedule my appointment. Here I am thinking they will come out, take a look, order parts and I will see them in a week or two. We scheduled between 2-4, then my morning schedule freed up, so I reached out and told them I'd be available

The remotes on our garage door opener stopped working. We reached out to Gano to have him come out and fix it. Instead of coming out and billing us, he walked me through all the steps on the phone to try and figure out what it was. We figured out the logic board had gone out.
I opted to try and repair it myself because it looked like a simple repair online. I was able to do most of it myself but got stuck at the end. I have Gano a call again and in a few minutes, he was able to figure out the issue!
Gano is a real stand up guy. Very nice, very knowledgeable and very honest. I had never met him

Replaced two twenty five year old garage doors with two new Garage doors. Included new motors, belt drive, remotes and all new track/rollers etc. Very fair price and smooth installation. Took about 1/2 day . Job site left in pristine condition!

City Garage Door (the gentleman's first name is Gano) was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. I needed a small repair (weatherstripping) and it was done quickly and well. Gano pointed out a few things on the door that would need attention in the future, but did not try to hard sell me anything. I appreciated that. I called City Garage Door at 9:00 this morning to replace a defective garage door opener. I was told that someone would be at my home between noon and 2:00 AM. A repairman showed up promptly at 9:00, diagnised the problem and provided a reasonable quote to replace the 21 year old garage door opener. He wore a mask demonstrating concern for his company's clients.
He removed the defective opener and track and replaced it. It worked smoothly and quietly. He checked my other garage door and lubricated the rollers!
First rate service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

These guys are stellar for emergency service and communication! My door broke last night and noticed the coils were split in half. A technician came first thing this morning and had it fixed and repaired like brand new! He even lubbed my other door as a precaution. Great company and great set of guys.

Gano was professional and was not a sales man telling us to upgrade this or that. He was honest and said that our garage opener still has some time left and when it goes out completely..Then we should upgrade the unit to a newer one.
He ensured me that it should be fine for now. We had our springs replaced and his price for replacement is fair. He sprayed lubricant for my whole garage door and opener.

Love Gano & City Garage Door!! We have known ours were getting old & ready for replacement, but was cometely dreading it after hearing what others had paid & experienced. What a great service I received this afternoon from Gano of City Garage Door!!!!
What happened was I bumped into the moving garage door with my car's spoiler (argh!) and without an obvious visible damage, the door would not want to close anymore. So I attempted to force close the door, which turned to be a huge mistake, then ended up with making a few rollers derailed and entire door hanging partially off truck and in miserable shape.
So next day, I were to make phone calls to shop around for repair services but was pretty apprehensive of the extent of the damage, as well as the cost to
