I called the same day we noticed our garage door spring snapped. They were able to be there within the hour. Owen was our technician. He was amazing. He was a very nice person, respectful and gave me the best affordable option for repair. He was very thorough and efficient. Had the garage door spring replaced and door tuned/ calibrated in less than an hour. Very good guy. Thank you United Garage Door for the awesome experience.

I first connected with United Garage Door when they were able to quickly come to my aid when the garage door would not open. I have since had them replace that door. At the time, they said there was no need to replace the motor. What did I know?? So I very much appreciated their honesty. Having purchased a continuing care policy, they have since been back to ensure the door is working as it should. Owen was a most capable technician, came on time, and did a thorough inspection.

Our interaction with United Garage Door is, quite frankly, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have EVER experienced. EVER. Their chief technician Owen arrived early.
