AZ BrainFood is a non-profit organization that discreetly provides a backpack of food to feed hungry school children on the weekends. We hope that each child will return to school every Monday mentally aware and physically able to concentrate. We at Weather Masters enjoy helping this organization in delivereing of these backpacks of food to local area schools on a weekly basis.
Boyd Lee was born in St. Johns, AZ and moved to Mesa, AZ where he attended RSI Technical Institute. He has worked in the HVAC industry since 2000 and is classified as a Master Heat Pump Technician. Boyd and his wife Jeniffer have three young children; Josh, Savannah and Abbey. His family enjoys boating, scuba diving, hunting and going to the sand dunes.

What a break to have Preston sent out today to help us with our plumbing near emergency! It would have been so much worse if we had to wait. We first called another plumber closer to us that we've used before. They showed no interest in helping us right away. Thankfully, we called Weather Masters. Allie took our call seriously and had a plumber out to us within 2 1/2 hours. Preston was such a polite young man, knowledgeable and explained the situation so we could understand. The fine driver of this vehicle representing your company drove the wrong way down Scottsdale Rd. at about 1:19 today to get into a turn lane that he then used to make a U turn in front of the car in front of me causing both of us to hit or breaks. Daniel Dunlap is the person that came out and helped my family and I. The first interaction we had with him he kept assuring me that he would get a solution for me that same day. At that point I had been dealing with my property management for a little over a month and had sent about 6 technicians to look at the issue and none could find what the problem was or how to solve it. They are very responsive and communicate well with you as the client. Daniel explained the whole process in detail and in a way I could understand. I don’t even have words to express how grateful I am. I rent and have had an ongoing plumbing issue since moving in 6 months ago. Every 2-3 weeks our drain clogs, the property management sends out a plumber, then 2-3 weeks later REPEAT! Today they FINALLY sent a new company and we got Dan. Excellent company! Came same night we were having AC issues. Dan, the rep who came was so knowledgeable, personable, and very caring. Not only did he fix the AC but also helped with a bout of dehydration my husband had while outside helping. Thank God he was able to help him inside. Dan is an asset to the company. Good Attitude and Quality service is what these guys are all about. They replaced one of the A/C units in my house and I was blown away at the attention to detail and attitude that everyone had. Great company, we had them out a couple times, my AC likes to quit during the hottest day of the year every year. The technician was great and came out late in the evening after an already busy day and got it working (my family of 7 was happy about that). More recently we had one of there plumbers fix a leak from the upstairs tub, it was the same great experience.

We bought our unit three years ago through Weather Masters. We do a lot of traveling and have never thought of purchasing a maintenance plan let alone annually servicing our unit. When we returned home from San Diego, we cranked up the AC. We noticed the rooms weren't cooling down. After an inspection of our unit, we found it wasn't working. After 16 years in Fountain Hills and 5 AC companies I called Weather Masters when my air conditioner quit one late night on a weekend.
