Miguel and his team were awesome. Miguel came to my house which needed stucco repair in several places. He then sent a very detailed quote and break down on the cost to repair the stucco and paint the house and trim. He also communicated potential problems that might arise once the stucco repair began. From the time the contract was signed he was in constant communication, letting us know what to do, when his crew would be there, and timelines. Miguel's crew was very professional and very attentive to detail. The end result is that our house looks like new again, and the whole process was painless

I can’t say enough good things about this team. We needed our chimney repaired and ultimately removed and rebuilt. Each time an issue was uncovered we were shown exactly what the issue was and told how it would be repaired. I received a text every morning notifying me if they would be coming or not, as this job was impacted by weather conditions. There were also no surprises on pricing and I was given a very fair price that remained within a certain range depending on what they uncovered after removing our stucco. Bought my first house last year. I didn’t know the pains of home ownership. Luckily I found Miguel to help me with my stucco issues. End up fixing the issue with my chimney. Couldn’t tell where the damage was previously, matched the paint and the stucco. Him and his crew were over all clean and thoughtful when they started Saturday. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I am having them paint my house later this fall.

I’m completely in love with the results I got from Platinum Remodeling! My husband and I are newly weds and we just bought our first house. Had a project that was urgent and I was out of town on business for the majority of it. They did an incredible job. Kept me informed the entire time with constant communication and pictures. Offloaded alot of stress I was expecting to be in, given my history with other contractors prior. Would recommend them over anybody.

I don't normally give reviews, but Miguel and his guys went above and beyond what I expected. First the communication was done at every stage of the project. Even providing pictures before the pressure wash and after's. The drive way looked amazing!!!! Next came the stucco repairs, I could not spot where the stucco repair was patched. Not to mention the resurfacing changed the whole appearance of Court yard. Over all the experience was great I would recommend Miguel for any stucco and painting projects.

Took a chance on a new company as we were shopping around. Very fair pricing with incredible craftsmanship. We had our house redone with new siding on the lateral portions and stucco in front then completely repainted. Their estimates were under the major competitors that quoted us before and we are extremely pleased with the work. Meticulous, excellent communication and fast, would recommend them to anyone shopping around.
