As a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Chris Harrington has spent the better part of his life in the construction and flooring industry.
Pro-Tile & Marble, Inc. was formed by Chris Harrington Sr. in 2014 after he recognized an industry and market in need of a well-rounded flooring installation firm. With his trade techniques passed down from his father, Skip Harrington, and his experience as a tile and stone mechanic, Chris set out to start his own company.

Chris and his team did a great job replacing the flooring in my condo. They were prompt and on-point at every turn. As a corporate creature, I really appreciated how well put together this organization is; their processes from the visit for the estimate to the very quick scheduling, all the way through payment systems and back office work are just outstanding. They were an absolute pleasure to work with at every step of the way, even while we were out of town.

Chris and his team are absolutely amazing! They installed this backsplash (also wraps around the other side of the kitchen) in 1 day! They arrived on time and were super tidy when they came. They laid down protective paper on all my counters so nothing would damage my counter tops. I am absolutely obsessed with my kitchen now and the backsplash 100% brings the whole space together. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get any sort of tile work done and I will be using them in the future!

Chris and his crew did an unbelievable job removing our old bamboo floors and installing new tile. I found Chris to be very knowledgeable and the estimate was very fair. He helped us get the exact tile that we wanted at an excellent price. His crew was professional, timely and cleaned up well. Pro Tile and Marble recently did the tile backsplash in our kitchen remodel and I was very happy with the work they did! Chris was very quick to answer my phone call and provided a quote and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We were even able to get the service scheduled within a week and a half of me reaching out which was such a pleasant surprise. The quality of the tile install was fantastic and the backsplash looks beautiful in our new kitchen.

Chris Harrington & his company took over a disaster from my first contractor. My first contractor flooded my condo in a high rise building doing demolition work in the master bathroom & did a poor job of laying tile & didn’t know how to fix the drywall because it had metal studs in the walls! Pro-Tile & Marble did a very careful job of finishing off the demolition of my master bathroom using a quality plumber to make sure water lines were capped. In fact the plumbers were involved in most of the demolition work (not the case with my first contractor, who did demo himself, didn’t use a plumber

We are very pleased with our mosaic glass tile kitchen backsplash. We had purchased a glass mosaic tile and needed someone to install it. Working with glass tile requires a skilled, patient tile installer. Our tile installer was the professional we needed. He was very experienced working with glass mosaic tile. He was focused on his work, made precise cuts so there wasn't any waste of tile. Our tile installer did an excellent job! We are so glad that we used Pro-Tile & Marble.

I called 6 other companies to come out and replace a backsplash. I was given 6 appointments and I had 6 no shows. 6 non call backs, 6 ghostings if you will. People are just unaccountable these days. However, got referred to Pro-Tile & Marble by a friend of mine who's a painter. I called up and talked to Chris at Pro Tile. He came out that same day (within a few hours), looked at the projected, took measurement and gave me recommendataions. We even negotiated $ off the cost with me doing the demolition/removal work.

We had a great experience with ProTile & Marble and highly recommend this company.
We were in the market for about 6 Months to have our shower stall in our master bathroom redone, it was about 20 yrs old and starting to leak, tiles were falling out, and generally just looked gross. We called several bathroom remodelers and got the run around a lot, this one only did plastic surround installs, that one seemed sketchy, etc. we had reluctantly settled on one, but every time we called we had to play phone tag with the coordinator and he wouldn't leave messages with any details just

I don't normally take time to do reviews like these but I wanted to do this one. My wife and I originally started out to replace our bathroom tub and do the absolute minimum tile replacement necessary to make it look decent. After thinking about it, we decided to proceed with a complete makeover for the tile on the bathtub walls. We started out by selecting a design online that we both liked then picked out the tile as well as a decorative tile to use. Pro-Tile was able to schedule me in quickly, so it didn't take long to complete the overall project. The result was even better than what I hoped

Pro-Tile did a fantastic job on our recent tile installation. Chris came out quickly, gave us a quote same day, and was very professional. I really liked the way the quote was broken down showing every line item. Rick, aka "Rick-James" did a fantastic job installing the tile and cleaning up the work area. These guys are certainly not the cheapest installers in the Jacksonville area (at roughly $5.50 per ft2 + the cost of tile), but they are excellent at what they do.

This company is amazing! Chris and Nick did a great job! I had a very tight deadline and Chris told me that I was the priority. Let me tell you, I felt that way the whole time! Nick worked so hard from 7am to 8pm at night to get it done for us! They were professional, nice and the price was very fair. The work was beautiful! Chris did a follow up call just to make sure we were happy. Amazing company! Use them for your flooring needs and you will NOT be sorry:)
