We had Shane at Gator Carpet come out and measure the very next day! He was super responsive to answer any question we had! He brought many many floor samples that helped up dial in on the color! It turned out perfect! He already had the color we wanted in stock and ready to go! He stayed in touch the entire time to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for! I would recommend Gator Carpet to anyone looking for tile carpet or hardwood floors in the Jacksonville area!

Great customer service and great products. Needed something to cover my epoxy garage floor due to it is a safety hazard when wet. The team at Gator Carpet recommend their industrial carpet tile for the garage. It is perfect. Looks great, you can use a blower or run a vacuum over it and when it gets wet, it dries with no issue.

I love my new carpet. It really makes that room look better. And the installers were awesome. Fast and efficient and quality work. I also like the extra padding upgrade that I purchased.

I hired gator carpet and tile and I was not disappointed. The experience from start to finish was amazing. Diego did such a great job installing the carpet with the removal of the other carpet. John did such a great job helping me pick out carpet.

You get what you pay for! We purchased our carpet from these guys a little over a year ago because they had the lowest prices in town. First red flag was having to ask them redo the installation after they said they had finished because the edges looked horrible and the response was that this was as good as it was going to get. Well, after insisting, the did it better but not perfect. After walking around on the carpet we felt a gap in the padding under the carpet the ran the whole width of the room. Gator Carpet is great. I bought flooring from them and they were a pleasure to deal with. The price was the best and the customer service was amazing. Shane was very patient with me when I changed my mind a few times. Very professional. Also the receptionist was very helpful! I definitely recommend this place.

Started off as a good experience but after the payment was made and installers came that's when the miscommunication started to happen. Long story short there was an issue during the installation and the company failed to communicate. After the issue my wife voiced her concern to the sales person and he pretty much told her that they were professionals and they knew what needed to be done. So after I heard about it and called the same sales person he advised me of the situation but admitted to me that a mistake in miscommunication was made and that they should have at least reached out to

First, let me say that the salesperson that I worked with, John, was great! I walked in not knowing what I wanted but needed install ASAP in my living room and dining room. John helped me select and had someone out to measure that same day. The problem was the installer! He did a terrible job all the way around! It seemed pretty simple to me...a 12x12 living room, a 13x11.5 dining room (both approx.) There is a seam in the living room and 4 seams in the dining room!!! Why?? He did such a terrible job that they had to send out their best installer to fix the seams and clean up the transitions into

You know, their shop isn't much to look at (if you can find it at all) but these guys are terrific. Their prices are excellent, they do what they need to do to get the job right the first time and most importantly they show up when they say they're going to. The have lots of carpet in stock so if you need something basic and aren't too picky on the color, they can get you going in a few days. I've used them three times so far. Good people.

Gator did a fantastic job installing new carpet to my condo! John provided excellent service! Very professional! I will definitely consider them for future projects and refer them to family and friends!

Great company. They had what I needed at a price less than I expected. I had an issue with a box of carpet tile and they replaced it with no problem. I definitely will continue to patronize them. The showroom is no frills, and the service was great. For someone who knows what they want, there is no pressure to "upgrade." Very helpful with installation advice as well. You need to visit these guys for your flooring needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Gator Carpet and Tile. They have quality products and provide superior service. I was very fortunate to have Robert and Lisa do my installation. They are EXCELLENT and are very quality conscious and believe in doing things right the first time!!!
