Dyanne the receptionist was very helpful and friendly to me. He explained everything about the quote and their work. Technician who came in for the work was a fine guy too. I’ve used this service several times to pump a septic tank and they do a good job. This last time the service was good however due to a mixup on a repair I had to deal with the people running the office. They were very rude and did not give me any help to resolve the issue. I was left with an exposed septic tank and had to call the person who pumped it to come back myself. UPDATE my serviceman George came back and completed the repair thank you George for helping. The office personnel can learn how to treat a client from him.

We are currently paying over $16,000 to have a new drain field installed for our septic because the one done by A1 Septic Service was installed ON TOP OF the other drain field. Until today, we were left perplexed why a 1 yr old drain field would fail. Now we have the answer and our project is going way over the estimate due to the additional drain field to remove. It took a year for it to fail, so of course it was no longer under warranty. It would be a really bad idea to use this company.

Called two others no answer. next one was A1. called and booked an appointment. they were in Mayport just down the street. got here in an hour. clean courteous men. got out of the truck located the septic tank capsule. removed it and started pumping out. very quick. rinsed it out with water as well. was told 325.00 on phone. no upselling. i paid 325.00. what more can i ask for. prompt courteous and no upselling. great service and good price. i will call them back next time. they said three years. thanks for their service. i was not asked to review. but they deserved it.
