From beginning to end this was the best experience with a contractor I’ve had to date. We decided to redo all flooring while living 1700 miles away. On the front end, Holly went over the top helping my wife and I select the right hardwood and finish for us. Al came in from there and to say he went above and beyond would be a wild understatement. From coordinating with other trades, to keeping me well informed, and even making special trips to the home to help with any odds and ends outside of the scope of his work shows the pride he and Holly take in what they do. Can’t recommend them enough

Supreme Hardwood Floors (Al and Eric) just completed installing about 500 sq ft of new flooring and then sanding / staining some 1100 sq ft of oak engineered wood that is now our first floor. The floor is absolutely gorgeous!
We had multiple bids for this job and Supreme was neither the most expensive nor the least. We choose Supreme because they did not use contractors for the work but did it themselves; you get a good feeling when the owner is pouring concrete to level floors then laying the new wood. They were pulling boards from the last bundle when the flooring was complete so the estimate

Al installed our floors over 5 years ago. I don't know why it took so long to write a review because it's one of the best purchases I've made. The good thing about waiting so long is I can tell you the floors are still great and when we had any questions (twice) he came over quickly and resolved them. He is on time and comes through on the things he commits to. I hope you hire him and get a chance to understand when I say that Al is an artist when it comes to wood flooring.

From the moment I stepped into the store I knew they would be great. Holly was super helpful, attentive, and got back to me with a quote very quickly. Alan then took over and did an amazing job as well. He had a big job scheduled already, but was able to slot mine in quickly. He was done in 2 days and my floors look amazing. You can tell he has a passion for what he does because the workmanship is impeccable. On top of it all it was very affordable.

Al is simply amazing! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is so refreshing and honestly hard to find these days. Al puts his heart into his work and went above and beyond to make sure we loved our floors. Not to mention he and his crew can do it all! He helped us remove, replace, sand, refinish our downstairs, stairs and even precision cuts for our stair trim which as a craftsman myself I know is not an easy task and requires a level of skill that many contractors don’t have so they cover it up with caulk, not Al. I bought a house with hardwood floors that needed love, so I contacted some business for estimates. Al quoted me the same price as competitors, but he was more prompt and communicated via email, phone, and text! The whole process took a few days, and Al proactively gave me status updates throughout. He started work on Tuesday, and by Saturday I was moving in. He used Pallmann magic oil, and the floors look beautiful! I couldn't be happier with the professional conduct and professional results.
