Services
Our mechanism allows the Wall or Murphy Bed to go up or down with one-handed ease. The Murphy Bed mechanism is made of supreme steel, spring-loaded and is sturdy enough for us to use in commercial applications such as hospitals, fire stations and rental units. It carries a 25-year warranty; you can work directly with us as we are an authorized dealer of the Murphy Bed mechanism.

While our job is to design, manufacture and install all of the component furniture for your room, the process actually starts with the client. If you are just curious about our products we are always happy to speak with you or walk you around our showroom. If you have something in mind, though, a little preparation can go a long way.
Our most common client is someone who wants an extra bed for occasional guests, but only has limited space and wants it to "disappear" when not in use. These people can be condo owners, both in town and at resorts, families that have parents visiting and "man cavers". Less than 10% of clients use their Murphy wall bed every day.
The Cabinet Murphy Bed by Night and Day Furniture is the ideal space solution where the room is small or has low ceilings. One minute it's an attractive cabinet under a window, and then the next, a cozy guest bed. It's simple to set up, taking less than one minute, and it uses just a couple of feet of floor space.

Smart Spaces was wonderful to work with and I am so happy with my queen size murphy wall bed! It is perfect for my small extra bedroom/office in my LoHi condo. The bed mechanics are so well made and the mattress is very comfortable! Deb was so helpful in picking out what would look best in my space. I even called and changed my mind about my handle pulls a few weeks before installation and Lisa and Deb were both so accommodating and patient with me! The installation was flawless and the men were so professional. I am excited for my first visitors to come try it out! HIGHLY recommend!!

I bought a beautiful Cabinet Bed from Smart Spaces. I am in the process of moving my Mom back to Denver from LA. I needed a compact but comfortable bed for her guest room. I discovered the Cabinet Beds at Smart Spaces. They are super highly rated, and have the best warranty I have come across! Deb worked with me over the phone and email to pick just the right one. Even though they were busy, they squeezed us in to their delivery schedule and assembled it in home. My mom loves it. It looks like a dresser and easily folds out into a full Queen. Way better than a fold out sofa. Definitely give them

I live in Wash Park and have a very small bedroom that we needed to be dual purpose (both bedroom for grandkids and guests visits, and office space)...Smart Spaces gave us a great solution that fits all of our needs and converts a small space in a small home into a truly versatile solution...they were great to work with and the design process was perfect...and finally the installation was as good as can be...twenty twenty hindsight I would do it all over again with Smart Spaces...they made a tight space as versatile as we could ever have hoped for...

I cannot say enough amazing things about Smart Spaces. They've made us a Murphy Bed, a linen closet and an armoire thus far for our tiny house. Each one was custom created and measured exactly. We worked with Steve to digitally visualize them in renderings and the final product and installation had been seamless and immaculate. Our Murphy Bed is comfortable, a space saver, and legitimately a lovely piece of furniture. We needed a sideways bed which is more complicated, and our install was down stairs and around turns. We kept putting off the idea of a Murphy bed because we couldn't shake the idea of the pull out couch with the horrible mattress. We couldn't have been more wrong. These beds are so comfortable and now our tiny third bedroom is so much more functional. And the staff here was so helpful. Everything came in and was installed professionally and on time as promised. Definitely 5 star quality and service.

Just had our custom Murphy Bed installed yesterday. We are 100% satisfied. The design, workmanship, quality, and installation processes were completely flawless. Steve (the owner) was patient with explaining our design options, and Jonah and Zach were the consummate professionals with our perfect installation. I know that there were lower cost options out there, but dealing with this outfit is worth part with a few more sheckels (I love to support locally owned small businesses).

What great customer service! We bought our Murphy Bed from your store 9 years ago and have loved it. Recently the headboard became loose and we stopped by to see about what we might need to fix it. You said you would have your installer stop by and check it out.
A few days later, two great guys (James and Zack) came out and fixed the headboard and then said they would put on some new springs since the bed did not swing down quite as smoothly as it did when new. Considering how long we have had this bed, I did not expect there would be no charge for this repair and confirms we made a great

I had smart spaces install a Murphy bed in my downtown condo. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The owners Deb and Steve made me feel like they really cared and wanted to make sure the job was done up to their standards. Steve personally came out to measure my space to ensure we had the proper dimensions and the color scheme matched. The installation was done quicker than expected and the quality of work was remarkable. I expect to use them again when I have my closet space redone. A+ job done by Smart Spaces and their entire staff.

I just had a Murphy bed unit installed today. The entire experience was just wonderful. Jennifer in the showroom was totally professional, she knew the productline backward and forward, never tried to upsell me anything and was pragmatic and creative helping me with the design.
Today when Zack and James arrived for the installation I was equally impressed. They knew just how to handle the many intricacies of my 1903 building. The installation definitely looks like it will last until 2103.
As a bonus, they were incredibly sweet and gracious to my three-year-old granddaughter.

So happy with the quality of workmanship of my new Murphy Bed installed today. The men that installed it did a fabulous job and didn't even leave a speck of dirt on the floor. It is sturdy, beautiful and perfectly placed in the room. Their prices are very affordable and everything is made right here in Denver.
The design process was equally as easy in the showroom as well. We brought our room measurements with us when we were just looking iand the sales consultant did a great job working with her design software to show us exactly how it would look and fit in the room. Highly recommend smart
