Ceiling Drywall Repair - we cut and removed damaged drywall, installed new drywall, matches knock down spray texture and painted ceiling/partial wall. We installed double layer of 5/8 type x drywall, matched existing orange peel spray texture and painted bathroom ceiling/walls. First we removed existing drywall, installed mineral wool insulation for sound proofing, installed QuietRock EZ SNAP 5/8 drywall on walls with a level 3 finish.

Javier and team does great work. I recently re-did my garage to be more of an office/music space, and wanted it to be soundproofed from a unit that has shared wall. He knew all the right stuff to use and sealed it up tight; the noise issue has been significantly reduced and the garage holds heat better than my house. They had to make a ton of precision cuts around roof rafters and fit drywall into all kind of awkward angles, and they did a great job. The whole project was cleaned up and ready to paint slightly ahead of schedule and I've been cozy working in there for months.

Our home had settled over the last 20 years and we needed drywall repairs in most rooms of our home. His crew were always on time to start work each day, very skilled at the demo, installing new drywall where needed, taping and applying two cotes of drywall compound then texture to match our existing finish.
