Joe with JMS Developers recently remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom in our condo. He was responsive and communicative the entire time from initial visit, to estimate, to project start and completion. His vision and our vision for the final product came out great! We live our new bathroom and kitchen and Joe was great to work with. Any issues that came up which were mostly due to the building were handled quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend JMS to anyone looking for a great general contractor in LA.

I rent a condo after having lived in a home for over 40 years. They found a broken pipe
Between floors and was dealing with 3 apartments. They Cut the wall found broken pipe between floors and replaced, dry walled and painted with extreme care. They were clean, prepared and most professional - Joe was right - I couldn't tell where they repaired!! Highly recommend!

Our project included a master bath, a guest bath, a walk-in closet and two smaller closets. My husband and I interviewed 3 contractors and it came down to JMS Developers and another firm. Joe won us over with his significant added-value in the design aspect. The other contractor was competent and both bids were similar cost-wise except it was joe who showed us a way to reconfigure the master bath in such as way as to maximize both the aesthetic and the functionality of the bathroom. My family and I highly recommend JMS Developers. We were so lucky to find JMS! Joe and his team are fantastic and were very thorough in converting our garage to an ADU, including running point with the city/permitting offices and all utilities companies The end result is a beautiful little two bedroom/one bath home for my mother to retire in, and my family and I couldn't be happier. JMS is incredibly responsive and will not cut corners. I have already recommended them to a friend with great success, and we intend to go back to them when we have more projects in the future.

Again today, another neighbor walked by, stopped, and told me how beautiful the house is. Not surprisingly, hearing this never gets tiresome, and yes, the results of JMS' thoughtful and well done work has made our home a standout - one of a kind, the "house we always wanted."
Some equally important changes aren't visible to the eye: underneath the flooring, JMS reinforced all of the risers and secured the whole structure to the foundation. This excellent company proved invaluable in transforming a one bedroom condo unit from an abysmal, unlivable, apparently illicit hideout abode of the wretched and depraved into a spectacularly elegant and beautiful apartment. They were asked to make many independent decisions in regard to appliances and materials used in all facets of this stunning remodel, and went out of their way to be accommodating and gracious to the long-distance directions of the trustee of the unit. JMS continues to provide quickly responsive service to the unit when requested. We now have a lovely, "high-end" apartment

We have a large historical home that we needed painting on the exterior. JMS did a fabulous job. Would use them again for other projects. Easy to work with Joe and Daniel. Their exterior painters were wonderful. Definitely recommend them and we will be using them for other projects.

I can't say how terrific my experience was. I've used many different contractors services in the past years , and What set Jms developers apart was the fair prices -customer service and attention to details which really was exceptional.
My bathroom looks now like it was taken from a magazine - and finally I have a good AC system. I've had some bad experience with other contractors before - but Jms developers stood out and I definitely recommend them!

Jms developers inc remodeled our kitchen and install a new centeral AC and a roof at our Los Angeles home.

JMS developers did my entire house remodeling, from the foundation to the roof, including: kitchen, bathroom, HVAC, drive way, roof ,windows, painting and more. They have amazing customer service and competent job skills. They managed to complete the job in a timely manner and within budget .

We recently hired Joe from 'JMS DEVELOPERS' to do the kitchen at my parents house- and redo the roof and rain gutters , and I MUST say that we have never saw such attention to the little details - and customer service and customer care - everything went so perfect - I was little skeptic in the beginning and with the end result I just had to post a review !
the best part of it is -that Joe did exactly what he said he is gonna do and they did it quickly and so much better then we expected - the girls in the office were very helpful and coordinated everything for us.
5 stars big time
