We were very impressed with the owner/installer who went out of his way to provide professional repair work as well as explain the process thoroughly. He went above and beyond to provide assistance to us. Prices were fair and reasonable and he is personable as well.

Mike at ETA has always provided very prompt and high quality service for our appliance repair needs in our North Scottsdale Home. He is extremely knowledgeable and has repaired everything from our Sub-Zero refrigerator, microwave and wine cooler. Mike answered the call right away and accommodated our schedule. He showed up early, very professional, followed cdc guidelines, mask, distancing. He identified the problem quick, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem right away. This was a commercial type beverage cooler. The price for the repairs were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I want to say thanks to ETA, Mike. He has been fixing our appliances for years. Everything from refrigerators. freezers, ovens, ice machines, etc. He is honest, reliable, fairly priced and really cares about his customers. My freezer went out over the weekend, and he immediately came to the rescue and fixed it. Given these uncertain times, it was packed and it means a lot when you know you can pick up the phone and get immediate help!

Woke one morning to find water in my kitchen floor only to discover my side by side freezer/refrigerator had gone out. Immediately called my Home Warranty only to be told they would not be able to get someone out that day. Told them that was unacceptable. I had not lost the contents of my freezer, except for husbands ice cream, and wanted it to be repaired that day. That is when I found Mike. He was at my home within the hour and the repair only took 30 minutes. He was honest with the repair and I appreciated his promptness. I rarely find that today. Mike replaced a fuse to get our microwave running. A week later the problem recurred. Mike was sincerely concerned about maintaining good customer relations. He offered to check it out again but we decided it wasn't worth it. So he sent us a refund for that service. I believe one sign of good service is how problems are handled when things don't go right. We feel we were treated fairly and would call on Mike again.

In the last week
Mike came to my mothers home and fixed her wine cellar. It was a birthday present to her because it had been broken for months and I wanted her to feel special and have it working again. Mike was fast, very polite and got the job done within the hour and it's cooler than ever. My mom was so happy when she came home! Thanks again. Highly recommend
