This company did a stone walkway install for us. I called to get it leveled and add additional areas plus a pergola. They had no record of the original work that was done. A LaRosa employee came out to our home to quote the job October 2019. I never received the quote. I called for follow up and they have no record of the contact.

We hired La Rosa to landscape our property and are not at all happy with the service. They made several excuses to keep pushing our job back and started weeks later than we were told they would. Then when they finally started our project they stopped halfway through due to rain. But then on the days they weren't working on our property they started another job. Then when the weather cleared up they continued to finish that other job instead of coming back to wrap things up for us as they should have. The communication was not good either. We visited the LaRosa booth at this year's Strawberry Festival in Cedarburg and noticed a couple was leaving a table where they had eaten, so we sat down there to eat some food with our children. We were using wipes to clean up the area where we sat with our family when the sales person informed us "there is still sh*t under your table." Ironically, right before the salesman made this very rude remark to us, we were about to ask him about landscaping services for our home. Needless to say, we will not be doing any business with LaRosa.
