What an amazing experience from start to completion! We have an easement with a fairly long retaining wall that was breaking apart and allowing our backyard to begin falling back down into the easement. I had reached out to Mark to get an initial quote, which I was very comfortable with after he explained the work to be done and the timeframe to… complete everything. I then worked with Jon, who helped to coordinate the timing of the work, not to mention helping answer my many follow-up questions! The business owner is extremely chauvinistic and RUDE he YELLED and belittled me in front of my team and his team on Jan 7th at 9am at… his office.
He signed up for over $3500 in advertising services and refuses to pay us a dime because we are a Women-Owned Business, Minority-Owned Business, and Veteran-Owned Business.
We have repeatedly asked him to pay his bill which is

Quality Landscaping did an outstanding job of dealing with a large low area in our backyard. We are at the bottom of a large hill and when it rains we receive significant water which marred the yard and limited our use. Consultation with John and Mark helped us decide to go with a beautiful stone patio built up to shift the water flow and provide a great space for relaxing and entertaining. We cannot recommend these guys enough! On time, on estimate, and on it all the way through the project.
