Example: If the appointment is scheduled between 9-11am, someone must be home from 9 am through 11 am. The service technician will give a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving. This is the ONLY fireplace company we will use, even if it means we must wait weeks for an appointment - we happily do so. Had Danny with HearthMasters come to service my two-sided fireplace.
To start off, Danny called when he was 20 minutes out to let me know he was close for my service appointment.
Danny does a very thorough job. Took his shoes off to start with! Protected the floor with soft drop cloths. He explained the whole process from removing the glass, the logs, the grate, and the stones. Vacuumed out all the moths and wiped down the entire fireplace from top to bottom. Discovered the installers had not located the blower sensor properly. They just laid it on the fireplace floor instead of under the heat

Danny came to clean both my gas fireplaces. I recently moved into my daughter's home which had been rented to others for 5 years. He was meticulous in cleaning out dead moths and other debris, checking the connections and installing a blower in the living room. He told me what he was doing and how I could take care of minor issues myself. He was personable and friendly and I appreciated the time he took with me in answering all my questions. I will definitely be calling him when the fireplaces need servicing again!

Absolutely fantastic. Danny and Nick were friendly and curious. Took the time to set up sheets so nothing would get dirty. They also explained in great detail the ins and outside of the gas fireplace. Very reasonable rates and actually saved me $ by telling me to get new ceramic logs from amazon instead of the manufacturer which was almost a $200 savings. Highly recommended and I will definitely be calling them for our future needs. Thank you!

Danny did a fantastic job of fixing my fireplace! I was very impressed with how thorough he was and also for explaining everything to me along the way. I had a different company here 1 month ago to fix the problem, but they misdiagnosed the issue and wouldn't come back without charging me a second diagnostic fee! That's when I called HearthMasters and I'm so glad I did! Danny found the real issue with my fireplace and fixed it. I highly recommend them for your fireplace needs. Nick came to my home to fix my gas fireplace. He replaced the SIT valve due to me trying to install a smart switch and had no idea it used low voltage. He educated me on the milivolt it takes to ignite the pilot and due to my ignorance I found out the hard way. He went above and beyond with fixing our fireplace! He went the extra mile and covered two holes that were bringing in a cold draft into our home. I definitely recommend HearthMasters, they are very professional and go out of their way to ensure your taken care of! Will definitely keep doing business with then, and they gave us a military

Great!! Would definitely recommend!! Receptionist when making appt was so friendly, and accommodating. She reached out to me when she had a cancellation because she knew I wanted to get in sooner. Nick was great, too! Very nice, explained things to me. I have a functional fireplace again and feel confident that if I ever have any issues, Nick will be there for me. A+!!
