Ty the HVAC installer was informative and knowledgeable. He gave me options on how to repair or replace my central air unit and then left it up to me on what I wanted to do. I opted to replace my 30 yr old furnace and central air unit. He had all of the parts within 1 week and installed both units within a day and half. Ty cleaned everything up like he was never here. Both units are working perfectly. I am very happy with the service that he provided.

Ty was a pleasure to hire for the installation of my new AC unit. I chose Prompt, because Ty explained to me why my old unit was not working, what he can do to improve my system and gave me a reasonable price. Not and estimate where the price was going to go up due to unforeseen hick ups. I called the large co, and they sent out a sales rep. It really seemed like he was trying to upsell me on their products and hope I would sit down with him to go over options. Man I hate that! I also looked into weekend installers (a friend of a friend that could do it for half the price) sure their price was
