Requested a quote for my garage. Rep came out spent 4 min. Never spoke to me after he measured the roof. I called the office and explained to customer service. He apologized and he would talk to the estimator. However, I haven't even received a quote. Not going with the company because if this is the way our relationship is going to start. I can't imagine how it's going to end. Calling other roofers who know what customer service is about.

Excellent - Very professional and Very knowledgeable as some vents had to be dealt with and some plywood replaced. Price was good and work was fast as well as excellent clean-up.

A&L Roofing did a phenomenal job with removing and replacing our roof. They also replace the exhaust fans ducting along with venting properly to the outside with new rooftop vents with dampers.
They brought our attic ventilation ducts up to code and what a amazing difference.

I contacted four companies to give me an estimate to replace my roof. After comparing prices, materials, warranty, and the flexibility to work with my schedule, I decided to hire A&L Roofing. I always like to be present when a contractor do the work. This time I was not able to be present due to my travel schedule. The work was completed on time, I was kept informed of the work every day and I was also able to observe the progress through my home cameras.

A&L Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. The job was completed so quickly and the crews craftsmanship abilities are very professional. I like the way I was kept in the loop on the needed repairs. The chimney flashing that A&L installed is far superior to the last installation. After the roof was finished, I painted the fascia boards and one call to A&L and the gutters were installed next day, they look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up and put back just like before they started. We are so happy and if I could rate A&L Roofing higher I would. Thank you this was a great experience.

These guys need to be on Yelp! I needed a new roof for about 6 months and I finally took the plunge and wen't with A&L. These guys are good and I couldn't believe I was actually thinking about trying to do my own roof. I had a few layers of old roof and they tore if off by the afternoon of the first day and had the underlay on the first day. By the end of day two it was done! 30 year roof with good quality products. A friend recommended I use these guys because they did his roof 4 years ago. No more leaks for me! Now I just need to save up so I can replace my skylights.
