Letitia and Sergey are masterful with their attention to detail and their ability to match color and materials to make a room come to life. They have completely transformed our kitchen, two bathrooms, and finished our basement.

Letitia has remodeled our home in 2 phases so far. 5 years ago, we started with the master ensuite and she redesigned the whole bathroom & closets, etc. The design is flawless and then the decor is over the top! She listened to exactly what I wanted it to "feel" like (bright, happy, cheery, modern) and gave us tons of options! The quality of the furniture has stood the test of time... 3 dogs & 2 cats. We've since brought her in to do the other half of our home last year and its even better than the first half! We had a Greenbrier vision because thats our favorite place and she delivered big time

What a great experience working with this company! I am selling my home, and the buyers requested several construction issues be completed prior to the sale. Needless to say, time was of the essence. We could not be happier with the results! The crew who work with Select Design and Construction are skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. They were prompt for appointments, and cleaned up quickly and thoroughly after each phase. They installed two large beautiful windows in the back of our kitchen to allow us to enjoy the beautiful view.
Both the interior and exterior work is superb.
