O’Connor Contracting has exceeded our expectations. We contacted them for a fascia repair estimate, they came out right away to assess our property- the SAME DAY. To top that off, they were actually able to render the repair on this same exact day. Payment was easily made- they offered touchless which is fantastic considering today’s climate with COVID etc. The repairman was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Oconnor Contracting has done a beautiful job on our roof. Within days of calling them we had someone out for an estimate. Their estimate was the best quote we received. We decided to go with them and contacted them to proceed. That day they set the timeline for the roof replacement. Ultimately, they were able to do the roof even earlier than planned. They have a large crew who arrived early and set right to work. They worked together as a team and completed the roof tear off and replacement in the same day. Chris and his team did an excellent job! From the start they provided addresses for us of previous jobs to help us decide on roof color. During the job they worked on clean up including our landscaping to remove nails etc and ensure our driveway was free of nails. Our house is 30 years old and skylights ordered were correct for size, but fit was not perfect on inside. Tyler was able to add trim to the interior to make the skylights have a perfect finished look. The roof and Skylights turned out beautiful! Very professional and excellent customer service! Highly recommend

Hands down the easiest contractors to work with. If you're looking for a company that does it all, this is definitely where to look! Down to them taking over with the insurance claim and working directly with my insurance so I didn't have to. They showed up on time every morning, worked through the entire day and were efficient with cleanup at the end of each shift. The owner was punctual with all responses and kept in touch daily until the project was complete. I was extremely happy with this company from start to finish and would recommend to anyone needing repairs.

I called O'connor Contracting to have a roof leak repaired. I wanted new gutters installed as well. They offered a fair price and didn't try to sell me on a whole roof replacement I don't need quite yet like other contractors did. It took one week from the day of the estimate to get the job complete, and Kris kept me updated on when he expected to get started during that time.
Basically, he was straight to the point, no fuss, got the job done and priced competitively. I feel incredibly confident in recommending them.
