Alex and the crew at Smith and Ramirez Roofing provided excellent service and installed a beautiful new roof on our home. From the workmanship to the cleanup everything was done with an attention to detail and quality of service. Alex took the time to explain the different materials available, the expected lifetime of each and made sure we had a roof that would withstand El Paso winds and weather. Alex also recommended and connected us with a company to install gutters that perfectly complemented the roof. Don't get fooled by the reviews of this company.
I called in to request a simple estimate they took all my information. Two months ago, and their so, called estimates manager representative . Never had the attention to call back and say we don't care about your business...at least.
Thankfully there are many better options out there.
Update:: They always respond the same way, "they never find customers names in their system".. Contrary, They reply right away to reviews they don't like..
What about return calls to customers instead??
And of course there are many better options in town for roofing

I have one word for to describe this company WOW!! I have never received such great customer service, starting from the estimate.
John was great he is the definition of great customer service! He went above and beyond. My yard was clean after the workers left, same as before they started the job they were really careful by doing so. I highly recommend this company.
