I talked to the owner about getting an estimate on some leaks on my roof. He provided me with the estimate and when I attempted to contact him serval times either with questions or to get the work done to actually hire them for the job, I never got a response. I emailed, texted, and called the actual owner and nothing. Very unprofessional. Glad I didn't do business with them.

Escandon far exceeded basic roofing doing a fabulous job on my house. 4 years ago I had a new roof installed by a very poor roofer. At the first rain every penetration leaked as they had not even placed expansion caps on pipes etc. Escandon took great pains to repair flanges etc and install a new roof using the proper techniques. They were also fast and efficient.

I had a good experience with this company. I reviewed and searched many roofers before selecting Escandon. I told them up front what my concerns where and they explained to me how they would address them. During the process I had questions and there knowledgeable staff explain to my satisfaction. Afterwards, I noticed some fit and finished items that concerned me and they came back and made sure everything was made to my satisfaction. It took a long time to get the work done due to the back log of a recent storms in the area. However, I was actually glad, because more severe storms came through

Horrible experience. I asked for an inspection to prevent delays on closing the sale of the house. No issues were found but the inspector did. After completing the work, the owners son, (he claimed) demanded payment at my front door without an invoice. When I asked for one, he said he would email one. After emailing one, he shoved the phone at my face for me to look at it. So very rude. I wasn't treated in this manner when solicited to replace the roof in 2008. Won't be calling them again.
