Sipe Construction Inc. was established by Adam Sipe in Philadelphia in 2005. Adam is the son of a general contractor whose career spanned 47 years. Adam worked with his father for 10 years prior to relocating to Philadelphia and starting his business. Sipe Construction Inc. has since transformed hundreds of homes in the greater Philadelphia area.
Although our company specializes in home remodeling we have also designed and outfitted dozens of commercial spaces in and out of the city. Working with Sipe construction has truly been the best experience. My goal was to create a plant wall on my roof top deck and also install poles so I can hang lights. They assessed what I wanted to do and recommended the best way to securely construct these items on our rooftop deck.
They were extremely knowledgeable - were the only contractors that recommended j boxes to prevent any leaking from rainwater. Sipe helped repaired my bathroom and living room ceiling after a leaky pipe was discovered. Adam Sipe always respond within a reasonable time and the team is very punctual. The project took longer than I expected but they really wanted to ensure that everything was done correctly. They value quality over quantity.

The Sipe Construction crew did a great job on my roof! I was pleasantly surprised that they finished it in one day! They did a good job cleaning up when they were finished (including the old nails), too. The crew was professional and courteous.
I aslo used Sipe Construction a couple of years ago to cover my eaves in vinyl (so I never have to paint them again). They did a great job then, too!
I would definitely recommend Ryan Sipe and Sipe Construction! He is honest, professional, and does great work!

I hired Sipe Construction to do a remodel in my mudroom and they did an incredible job. I've had some bad experiences with contractors before but Adam and his team were by far the best I've worked with. They were extremely professional, always on time and extremely cleanly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of remodel / construction work.

Long overdue review. Words cannot justify how lucky we were to find Adam and his crew. We had them come in for a pretty routine roof deck door replacement that was leaking into the 2nd fl ceiling. While there I asked him and his crew to open a wall in the 1st fl powder room as I had noticed a small leak in the windowsill. Once opened, we saw more mold cultures than a biology lab. To cut a story short - I spent the next 4 months with Adam and his crew as they rebuilt the back and side of my 3 story house due to extreme rot and a nasty termite infestation. Adam and his entire crew are professional

Adam and his team helped us with a kitchen remodeling project to make our main living area into more of an open concept. His crew helped demolition two corner walls which required an large amount of electrical work, updates to kitchen sink plumbing, and re-finishing ceiling and wall surfaces.
Adam was on-site every morning for the first few days of the project, walking us through exactly what the team would work on that day and letting us know the progress made the day prior and if there were any issues encountered. He was very quick to email or text if something came up that would increase costs

My wife and I were very pleased with Adam and his crew. We had a sunroom on the front of our 100 year old house that was in desperate need of some help. Adam was very responsive throughout the entire process. I would call/email him frequently before and during the project and he was great about getting back to me within a day. Adam and his team were great to work with. They showed up on time each day, worked diligently, cleaned up at the end of each day, and finished the project on schedule. One of Adam's team members, Sean, kept me in the loop on what they were going to be focusing on each day

I was referred to Sipe Construction by a friend and I couldn't be happier. I was converting my current home to a rental property and had a long punch list of items I needed to get done quickly. Adam was very responsive and came out personally to meet with me and review all the repairs I wanted. I had the estimate by that weekend and his crew were at my house working that next week. They were always on time, courteous and professional. When a few repairs exposed additional items that need to be fixed Adam was very quick to call or text me and provide an estimate.
