This experience was a breath of fresh air during these uncertain times Warren and his crew were punctual, professional and a pleasure to deal with I have been looking for a roofer for 3 months with companies not showing up or not providing a qoute or the qoute was COVID 19 price gouged but a friend who was a contractor told me about this company and I'm never looking back

Was the only company in the area that actually answered the phone, was licensed/permitted to work in the City of Wilmington, & willing to complete repair work. They had to reschedule my initial appointment but was professional enough to let me know ahead of time. Came the next day as promised, gave a fair estimate, & was even able to complete the repair right then & there! I could not ask for better service. Will use again in the future if needed. Warren with Wilmington Cory Roofing is phenomenal!!! I used him when I had to get my front half of the home done. I noticed a leak in my arch way he came right out and assessed the area and despite that it was not covered in my forst warranty. Offered to fix my leak and guaranteed me a 2-year warranty for the work.9
