When the estimator came to my home, he explained to me about a very good shingle called Certainteed Landmark Pro. He said that they would last for 40-50 years. Chris Lane roofer came out, looked at my roof, took pictures of my roof, sat down with me and described to me everything that needed to be done to my roof, the material he would use, and what ever needed to be repaired. He was professional as well as very nice.

I was totally impressed from the service received from Chris giving me an estimate to the finished job. The workers were meticulous in their work and left with not a spec of roofing materials on the property. I had previously informed the owner and the workers that I have a difficult neighbor and if they can please stay away from her property. They did handle her in a professional and dignified manner. I recently had my roof and 3 skylights replaced by Lane Roofing. Lane was recommended by a neighbor. the job took 2 1/2 days. The extra 1/2 day was so they could take the time to clean up and they left my property practically spotless. Response time to get the estimate was very quick. The workers were very professional and the foreman James even cleaned my new skylights inside and out!

We recently bought a property that required a great deal of updating. The roof was structurally fine, but we wanted a totally updated look and chose standing seam metal to accomplish that. Now when doing research for a metal roof, one thing you don't want is inexperience or the cheapest bid necessarily! It was also important to me to meet people in charge of the operation and know where the buck stops because a metal roof is highly skilled and intricate work and therefore an expensive proposition.
