They installed steel siding to our house - on the eaves, our patio, on our dormers and other places we had wood siding on our house. They were extremely professional with outstanding, quality work. The workers were efficient and the work was impeccable. We had many questions and they answered every one with sincerity, showing extreme interest in our concerns and were VERY patient. We had Jones replace our windows. We were very pleased with our sales representative and our windows installer. They gave us excellent professional service from start to finish and answered all our questions about the entire project and benefits with replacing our windows. During the installation phase they did a great job of cleaning the dust around each of the rooms where windows were installed. We were very pleased with the professional service and would recommend Jones and Associates based off the job they did in replacing our windows.

The windows at my house were the typical builder-grade aluminum windows. During the ice storm, it was almost like a window wasn't even there because there was so much cold air coming in. I researched and found out that Jones carries Simonton windows, and they are extremely high rated. Some of the measurements were a little wonky, and those windows had to be special made. They actually were made about a month earlier than expected. The installation required special fitting of trim pieces, and they went above and beyond to make the trim beautiful and finished. Jones and Associates are wonderful. They resurfaced my patio/porch and Tyler and Noah, "thejonesboys" were fantastic ...hard workers transforming an ugly place into a beautiful patio/porch that I now call my happy place. I will definitely recommend them because "the proof is in the pudding" and I have the pudding. My husband and I moved into a rent house with Jones & Associates siding and windows and have been so pleased. We will definitely use them when we buy a house. The windows are high quality and the tilt in feature makes them so easy to clean, which is important with all the West TX dust. I received an estimate from this company for new windows, storm doors and exterior door. I called them to ask why they were approximately 3 to 4 times higher then the two(2) other estimates I received, I was told that the Owner will give me a call about the estimate. This company sell and install Simonton Windows the other Company install Pella. When you do your research it will indicate that Simonton sell a lower end vinyl window and Pella sells a mid to upper end vinyl window. So my questions: why would this company sell me a lower end vinyl window for such and out ragous? How many more customers
