After some hail damage to my house I requested quotes from several companies, Dave was the only one to respond in a timely manner. He quoted window replacement (for a significant amount less than an out of town company quoted a couple years ago), skirting replacement, and replacing a couple of siding panels. There was a miscommunication about the scheduled start date and they were short some skirting materials that extended the finish date. The crew (Henry and Greg) were polite, considerate, and skilled. They never left the house open - as quick as they pulled a window out they had a new one in

D&B did our original install a few years ago and they did an excellent job; very timely and great quality. Recently, we had a front door installed, which required removal of the trim siding and I called D&B, and within two days they had the new trim installed; at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend D&B Exteriors.

BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The customer service from D&B Ultra Exteriors is the worst I think I have ever seen. I made an appointment to get a quote on a job (pouring a 10x12 concrete slab and building a storage shed) which according to their website they did. I took off of work to meet Dave Taylor the owner at my house at 11am. At 11:20 (20 minutes late) I received a call from Cheryl their secretary who said Dave was running late and he couldn’t call me to let me know. Dave finally showed up at 11:30 and said “what can I do for you”, No apology for running 30 minutes late or even

Prompt and courteous service with a smile! Even came out on a Saturday to do the job! Came at "exactly" the time promised and did not stop until the job was done and not a clue left behind that they'd even been there except beautiful new windows.
