I called AC Appliance because my Samsung dryer wouldn't dry. Anthony sent out tech Herman to my house. Off the bat Herman knew what was wrong and said he had to order the part. He said the part would get here in 3 days. Herman came back 3 days later to fix the part and even cleaned out my vent. Anthony and Herman are very professional and very knowledgeable. I feel confident when i need something fixed in my house that they will be able to fix it. I recommend them 100 percent! Thank you guys for all that you do!

What makes you feel confident about a business? To me is good customer service that is provided with kindness and friendliness. Unfortunately Dominic, the receptionist who picks up the phone at AC appliance, has no clue what good or even fair customer service is. He is rude and makes you feel unimportant. He calls himself a manager but he definitely is not. After our last phone interaction I changed to another service provider. Dominic is giving AC appliance a bad rep. For that I would not refer anyone, who wants peace of mind, to AC appliance. The guys who actually provide the service are great

We had them come out on 5/26 an
d was assured the parts would be ordered for our dryer. Paid my $75 fee, time went by, I called at the end of June and was assured the parts would be in 7/4 to 7/8, the delay was due to COVID. I called today, 7/16, the guy hung up on me and then locked my number. My husband called back and the gentleman was combative and told my husband to take it up with our insurance Old Republic! Told my husband he wasn't allowing him to speak when that wasn't the case. Beware of them, and their customer service. The technician that originally came out didn&apos

When other repair people in the area wouldn't even work on a Samsung dishwasher or recommended I pay them to pick up and install a brand new dishwasher before even coming and looking at mine, AC Appliance was reassuring. They're certified for Samsung and sent a guy out who showed up when he said he would and texted when he was on his way. He identified the problem in short order, fixed it, and left me with a running dishwasher for only $89. Highly recommend AC Appliance. They are friendly, professional, and know their stuff.

My Samsung refer took a crap on a Sunday. Called and left a message for after hours service. Tech called back and asked what was going on. I told him my problem and since it was something that I could do he explained how to remedy my problem; now THATS service. Thank you for your help and you just gained a loyal customer.

I usually don't put up reviews but in this case I thought it was appropriate. The service man can out to replace an ice maker in my freezer that was down due to my renter not maintaining it. After three different appliance repair companies didn't return my calls, and I'd piled two stacks of dirty laundry into the back of the truck for the laundromat, AC called me back immediately after I applied online with HomeAdvisor for help. They have an Apple Valley number but I was assured they work up the Hill in Running Springs. And they do. I got an appointment the same day, from their customer service rep. Anthony came out to give us a no bs estimate. He was honest and showed me what work was needed to be done. His quote was clean and fair. He took a deposit to lock in the order and sent out to get the parts. They called when the parts came in to schedule the appointment to fix the appliance. Derek came and fixed easily and quickly. He cleaned out appliance thoroughly and then showed us the old parts and belt. He and Anthony were true pros and we feel great we were able to support their business. I would definitely call them again for all our appliance repair needs. Then know their stuff.

This is an incompetent and unorganized company. Had to use this company because of my Home Warranty company. Waited weeks to get an appointment because supposedly for the time I wanted they were busy. When the day finally arrived, the man lied and said he could not find my information, that the Home Warranty company had taken my information out of his system and other ridiculous lies. He said the company needed to email him and other stupid stuff. Oh and if I wanted someone to come out that night, I had to speak nicely...lol. What a joke. Screw this company! You're not doing me a favor

I worked with the this company before and I was happy about it. Then I had other problem with my fryer, Antony told me, he needs to change the thermostat and the part price was $189 + tax. I showed him the same part cheaper, it was $60. Same part. He said, I can't lower the price or I can't do service if you don't buy the part from me. His company os trying to sell the same part more then 3 times what it is selling and he didn't even want to call the company and ask what is going on why we are charging more then 3 times then other part suppliers. I really appreciate these guys service. At 10 til noon I called them about my refrigerator. Before 1pm came around they were done and gone. They fixed the issue, explained how to help keeping it from happening again and cleaned up the mess. They warranted the part and service for 1 year as well. I hope I won't need them again but if I do, I will call them.

I had a problem with my Maytag Neptune washing machine. I called AC- Appliance and explained the problem. Anthony was able to do a bit of troubleshooting over the phone, told me what the problem was, and told me how much the part and repair would cost. He ordered the part, made an appointment, was here on time, fixed the washer, and was paid for exactly the amount of money previously quoted me. My washer is working perfectly. I'm glad I didn't see the hate posts here before I contacted AC Appliance.
My dryer wouldn't dry. I left a message after they closed last night, I had a call at 8:30 this morning. They had an opening for 2-4 this afternoon. I agreed and got a call from Anthony at about 2:45 that he was on his way.
He arrived and quickly found the problem. Feathers from an old comforter had escaped the lint screen and filled the whole under workings and jammed the ventilation. The mess got a bit toasty and a fail-safe device shut down the heat when in reach 180 degrees. Thanks Whirlpool. Much better

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I dealt with Anthony. He didn't show up when he was scheduled to come out and give a quote. He called 6 hours later and apologized and asked if he can come back out. I said sure and scheduled for him to come the next week. This is a quote for a big commercial job btw. Big job, big money. He shows up late again and expresses that he is upset that someone else was here to give a quote.
