Scam alert! I was referred by select home warranty and comfy air quickly diagnosed the problem as fan motor for $550 which was denied by warranty company, then that didn't work and they said it was gas valve for $685 but they'll give me a deal for $350. (It was probably gas valve all along) Then 1 day later the heater is clunking on occasion and died 3 days later. They came and said it was the motor bracket and it's a $900 fix and they have no responsibility for broken bracket even though it broke while they were working on it. Very dissatisfied! And guy that came was rude. He left

There is nothing worse than living in the desert during the middle of the summer heat and having your AC decide that it no longer wants to blow cold air. I made a call to Comfy Air and was connected to a friendly voice who helped make an appointment for the following day. The technician Yuri arrived within the quoted time block and quickly troubleshooted and made the necessary repairs. I couldn't be happier with the service from beginning to end. I had a new thermostat, an additional air duct and all new registers installed, for air conditioning efficiency.

I was extremely pleased with Comfy Air. We had used them in the past and were happy with the outcome. This time around our whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. We got a few quotes ( have to do your due diligence) and we came back to choosing Yuri. He is honest, it was priced fairly based on checking out other companies. His crew was on time and very professional. When a few screws to the outside unit got lost, Adrian made a trip out to drop off a few; that was impressive. Everything from Paula in the office to all the help, my husband and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome

I was referred to Comfy Air through our property management office. The lady answering phones at Comfy Air was very nice and courtesy. (Forgot her name) Scheduling the service was quick and easy & she had someone out here the very next day (spoke to her in the later part of the day). Milan was the service technician who came out to service our air system. He was very professional and knowledgeable; he found the problem & got permission quickly to fix it. I would highly recommend using Comfy Air!

After investigating reviews and this company very thoroughly our Lieberman family contracted Comfy Air, Inc. to relocate a condensor for our central air-heating system, relocate our Master Cool swamp cooler, install new pads, install new pump, new belt and complete kit with circuit Board, thermostat, etc and we also purchased a Daikin 2 ton- 24,000 BTU- 17 seer single zone mini split system in our new sunroom addition and myself and my wife were so absolutely so pleased and impressed with the quality of professional work performed by Comfy Air, Inc. Comfy Air had been doing work at a business for which I worked. The building was old but Comfy Air was able to fix any issues that came up. Now I own my own business (in an even older building) and hired them earlier this year. From my understanding, the A/C units had issues for years but since Comfy Air serviced our building, we haven't had any problems! Great company, two thumbs up!

Did not honor the response price that their front office gave. Front office told me 45.00 and the a.c. tech charged me 95.00.
A.c. tech told me to change my filter and clean the condensor. I did both of those things and the air is still not cold.
I've never encountered a home parts repair man who told me to do his work then charged me for it before. I do not, absolutely do not recommend this place at all.

We used Comfy Air for our repairs and winterizing/unwinterizing at our 2 houses because Angela Knight, our daughter and our Realtor recommended them. Because we like his work, we asked him to go out of area for us to do an inspection and quotation for our Mom's house and he did. We feel he is reasonably priced, and does good work. Had this company come and inspect my house prior to purchasing it and they stated it worked good. The weekend we moved in and had family helping the ac would not go below 80 degrees. We called our warranty company and they sent out a company a week later. During that time the unit would work off and on, cooling the house below 80 and sometimes not. The home warranty company came and stated that the coil was failing with one quick test. That is unexceptable. If you are hired to approve a house please do a good check. Not just say it works. Having to pay for out of pocket expenses for work warranty

Great service, installed a newl. ac unit for us. Works great and would highly recommend the company. Workers Sam & Jessica did a wonderful job at installing our new unit. We recently moved here and called several ac companies and found Comfy Air to be very professional and Yuriy was very understanding of our problem with our previous ac unit to make necessary changes to make it a much better system.

They did a great job, my air/heater is better than ever. The installers were great, polite, and afterwards cleaned everything up (fiberglass). My place actually looked better after they vacuumed!

I was initially very happy with Comfy Air's service. But two problems I discovered: 1) Once I moved into a much nicer new office, the prices got higher and higher. 2) After multiple trips and escalating ($400, $800, $1000) repair bills, they were unable to repair either of our mini-split air conditioning units. After 3-4 trips and a lot of money, they figured out that on one system, my external and internal units aren't compatible with each other, and the other, well, they don't know why it won't work. I feel like I should be paying for expertise, not for someone to try to learn

So not reliable. took a job and didn't show up and left our renters without heat all weekend. the worst part, they didn't even care. dont take a job if you aren't gonna show up or even have the decency to call so people can get a more reliable co. to come out. deleted them off our company list. we will never call this company again!!!!
