We contacted them to do a duct cleaning, which was done on 10/5. The technician called that morning to inform me he was going to be running late for the 2 hour window, slated to be between 9:30-11:30 that morning. Around 9:30, they contacted to say he was gonna be at… my house within 15 minutes!! Upon arriving, the technician and his assistant walked around the house to see where all the vents were, then proceeded to get ready to start. He was adamant for us to pay him before they started the job, which they

Do not use them!!!! I want a refund!!!! I just wanted a tech to come re do the dryer vents they claimed they cleaned out thoroughly and now they want return my calls since I put in the complaint and the rep on phone REFUSES to do anything but say “ we have to wait for the tech to contact us” it’s been a week and it’s not my fault the tech hasn’t!!!! I want a refund!!!!!

Was quoted $69 for upholstery steam cleaning and when the technician arrived, said that the cleaning would actually cost over $100 because of the solution needed to clean the material. I reluctantly said ok, and immediately regret that decision. While watching it looked like he didn't use a specialized cleaning solution. He spent a total of 15… mins cleaning and then started insisting for payment before I really got to take a look at the work that was done. This company is a scam and fraud company . Pls be aware of this company . They sent a subcontractor who charges more price than what they quote and then he left my place in just one hour without doing anything . We hired this company for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning . Now I am trying to call this company and the receptionist doesn’t even respond.

This company makes themselves look local however they are not, just go on their web site in MA, CA, NY , MD and you will see the same pictures with different town names, they use deceptive marketing and a professional web site, they don't have any equipment and they use bait and switch sales tactics, please don't use them and spread the word!
