CityScapes may be a newer roofing company but we are not new to roofing. Keith Haugen has been roofing in San Diego for 38 years. Keith was most recently the superintendent for Witherow Roofing when he and his business partner Mark Larson decided it was time to try and change the roofing industry by putting the customer first.
