Preman roofing has not even started our project yet, but it's already been an obstacle trying to get someone to communicate with us in regards to specifics with our roofing and solar. We have called everyday for information, and to try to finalize a start date for the project, and after multiple phone calls no one has reached out to us. The receptionist continues to say "I'll have my manager reach out to you" but that NEVER happens. We end up having to call the next day and repeat the whole conversation again. It's frustrating how when signing contracts and placing a deposit

We were extremely happy with Preman roofing! The staff was courteous and diligent in completing the job. One employee even came on his day off on Sunday to make sure our roof was covered due to rain. They were very clean, laying tarps, sweeping and hiding down every day! We highly recommend this company

Outstanding work. Had the whole roof redone approximately 2000 SQFT. Work was completed in 5 working days. Crew that performed work were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the shift and made sure that their was no nails or debris left that damage tires of our cars. We truly pleased with the work and company as whole.

Honestly, I have gone back and forth about writing a review. I decided to because I do not want this particular situation to happen to someone less informed. To start from the beginning, my roof is OWNED by my HOA, not myself. My HOA approved me replacing a portion of my roof in order to install solar, so long as I use a licensed and insured roofing contractor, and obtain ALL REQUIRED PERMITS.
Danny Tarich, the Project Manager for my job, scheduled my re-roof WITHOUT getting the REQUIRED PERMIT, stating "Was not pulling a permit for this project. It is a partial small section."

My brother-in-law recommended Preman Roofing for our roof replacement and my husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. We got three bids for the job and one of them was so ridiculously high, it’s unbelievable! Robert Aviles was honest and gave us an estimate that was fair. The ladies from the office (Angelica and Esmeralda) were so helpful and so nice whenever I call for a question. Fabian and Kevin, the roofers, were so fast and efficient that they finished the job ahead of schedule in time for the rain the following day. They left the house premise clean that no nails

These guys are good. As a recently new homeowner I needed to find a company that I could trust to inspect my roof for any damages leading into the rainy season. Preman came recommended by my real estate agent so I went with them. They were fairly priced and shot me straight - I'm assuming at least - since the repairs they recommended were minimal. I was not a large project for them, but they treated me like an important customer nonetheless. Very satisfied with my experience with Preman Roofing, thank you Danny and team!

Called Preman for roof repairs at my house, these guys were really good. They were professional and did a great job. I really appreciated them for cleaning up at the end of the day and not leaving a mess. The roofers were knowledgeable and came up with a good solution to my leaky roof. I would definitely do business with them again.

My experience with Preman roofing -solar was the best from begging to end. A women by the name of Angelica answered the phone and was friendly and wonderful. She called a few times after making sure we were being taken care of. Robert came out and did my estimate and he was also just as friendly . The communication was great and I am definitely hiring them to put on my new roof.

My husband and I had a leaky old roof/skylight that had already been repaired before, so I started looking into a full replacement. As I started my research, I began educating myself on solar and it's cost savings in addition to the tax incentives. We have a pool and our bill isn't cheap. I received a quote from Danny who gave me many options and even allowed me to make some significant changes to the original plan a few months later. When I finally started the project and sent in my deposit right before December I was a little concerned from the yelp reviews about delays and poor customer service. I called a few days later after they received their deposit and they said they would let me know when it would be added to their schedule as I really wanted to put my xmas lights up and had another

I found this company through Home Advisor who set up an appointment for a free quote before I even knew anything about them.
After looking at the Yelp reviews I was a bit concerned and you might be as well, but keep reading.
It was a free quote so I went with it. I asked for a ballpark quote when Robert came to see our house and he said he didn't like giving rough estimates before calculating everything but he told me between $7,000 and $9,000 for our whole house reroof.
I found some better quotes and planned on canceling
