What an amazing team!!! Nick left a card at our door for an inspection. I called and he and his partner came out and did the inspection. They took pictures and helped us step by step for the insurance claim. They came out and worked with the adjuster. The initial claim was disapproved and I thought it was over. I was wrong. Nick contacted his boss and they followed up with my insurance to have a second adjuster come out. Nick met the second adjuster at the house and everything was approved. They had an opening the next week and their amazing professional team came out and removed and replaced the

When I bought my first house I immediately needed a roof replacement. I called Roman from a reference and within a day he and his partner Jim were out looking at the roof. They got back to me the following day with the estimate and by the next week I had a new roof installed. They were super easy to work with and great to get along with! They have gone above and beyond to help me get one of the most important parts of my home replaced. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could!

I can't recommend MasterRoof strongly enough. I tried reaching out to multiple vendors in the area to repair my gutter, without any response. After contacting MasterRoof, Roman promptly came out to the house to inspect the issue, and scheduled a crew to repair my gutter. The repair crew was professional and courteous, quickly finishing the quality job.

I was told by several roofing company's that although my roof was severely damaged by a storm that I would have to fit most of the bill myself. MasterRoof came to the rescue. They were in contact with State Farm Ins. numerous times talking with them. Video chatting with them. They met with the adjuster showing them the damage and, most importantly, the items that were not up to code. Bottom line I received a new roof including new wood for the amount of my deductible. The roof looks great. They were done in one day. The gutters were done in one day also. These guys went over and above a standard

I can not say enough positive things about MasterRoof Contracting! I started the process in April and did not get my new roof until July. Why do you ask? It’s because Jim and his team bent over backwards making sure insurance was giving me what my home and the roof deserved! When I say they went to battle for me, I am not exaggerating.

Master Roof helped me replace my roof through insurance due to damage from storms. They walked me through the whole process and helped me with stuff that they didn’t even need to (claims process). By far the best company I’ve worked with. Knowledgeable, respectful, professional and they do amazing work. My roof looks amazing. The quality material they use is top of the line also. Konrad is a nice guy. Made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end and afterwards. Crew was crazy fast with the install (under 4 hours). Didn't like that they had to park in my front yard to toss debris, but no other option really. Roof looks great!
