Technicians arrived on schedule and were polite and attentive to the work that needed to be done. I also had tile and grout cleaned. Everything is freshened up. Upholstery did not come out as clean as I hoped, but it is an older piece. Robert said if I was not happy when it dried, he would return to touch it up. Good service overall.

Called Zerorez because of their radio commercials. Sounded good. They arrived on time and did a decent job. My only comment would be when they left, my wall to wall carpets looked like they weren't attached to the floor anymore. The carpets looked very wavy and I thought I would need to hire a carpet stretching company to re-attach the carpets to the floor..! We exchanged a couple of emails & photos. Long story short.. That's NORMAL.

I had Zerorez come by Saturday and had then do my couch and 2 bedrooms and they came out great! They were even able to lift the stains the apartment "claimed" they couldn't. Our tech was very professional and spent a lot of time and effort, especially on our couch. We definitely reccomend 5 Stars!

Women on phone said they do not have anyone that comes out to give estimates. She told me prices over the phone but not knowing the dimensions she could only speculate. Called three other companies and they all sent someone out. Just trying to get my tile cleaned. Of the three only two moved items and only one would replace broken tile piece. Guess which one got the job and was lower in price too. Job done and more than satisfied. So long Zerorez. Remember you can't put a price on word of mouth advertising.

Kudos to Zerorez. I had someone come out a few weeks ago and conveyed in my review that my tile/grout wasn't as clean as usual when they come out. A representative called and emailed me very quickly to apologize for my dissatisfaction and offered to come back free of charge to reclean my tile and grout. A different tech named James came this time and I have to say he went above and beyond. My floors were so clean. He really took his time to make sure my floors were exceptionally clean this time. I went to their website I scheduled a day I picked the type of service I wanted they came out they did exactly what I asked the service man was excellent quick and efficient they were even early and called asked if I would like them to come early I said by all means... There were no hidden fees I have a Chihuahua female that pees in four different spots on my brand new expensive $9,700 carpet they cleaned it up perfectly absolutely no odor (so happy there's no hidden costs)... very reasonable prices zerorez is exactly what they say they are... Have had many different companies over the years clean my carpets and most have been ok but Zerorez, in my humble opinion, is by far a superior clean and my reason is this; they use no chemicals which leaves no residue that make your carpets stiff and crunchy to walk on. Using soaps, detergents, etc. leaves a residue which can make your carpets feel stiff and can also attract dirt and make your carpet matted. We just had our carpets cleaned a month ago and the service was top notch and the carpets were clean and soft. Great communication and a professional installer. You might find a cheaper company

I called to have this company to clean the tile and grout throughout the entire home I just purchased. The tech that stated multiple times that the grout was stained, but he would try to do the best he could to clean it. There was nothing moved into the house yet, so he had access to every inch of tile, except for under the fridge, washer and dryer. I asked him if he would need help moving those out to clean under and he stated no he would be fine.

I have used zerorez for several years and will never use them again! The tech came to my house and tried to raise the price as soon as he got here. The tech quickly changed his mind once confronted and when he was going to clean the last room, he once again tried to raise the price. He was told to get out. I'm pretty sure he was just wanting to go home since it was Friday night but I will never use them again.

I have had these guys clean my tile twice and I'm literally amazed at how clean they get it. I cannot get on the floor and hand scrub my floors anymore (even if I could it would take me 3 x as long and why would I with these results) and the floors get so gross with the dog, etc. They do a fantastic job and it's super fast. The prep time for us to get ready for them takes longer than them to clean it. It's so....worth it though. Love it!

Disappointed in the lack of communication. Met the tech at the property, told him to call us 30 min before he was done. Estimated two hours. 3 hours later we drove by. Two cleaning vans there. Apparently had issues with vehicle and in addition, they locked themselves out of the van. No call letting us know about the delay. We drove around for 5 hours. Waste of our time and gas. Gave two stars, because the cleaning was decent. Will never use them again

Go with Zerorez!! They did great. My carpet now looks new again. I am so impressed. Both of the gentleman that arrived this morning were so nice, on time, & very fast. Fell for the radio ad on this business and happy that we we. Our technician was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to remove all the stains on the carpet from our kiddos including a lipstick stain! Price was pretty good, scheduling was easy, and the price was as quoted.
Very impressed with this business. We have used other carpet cleaners and even rented a few from the big box stores. The results are no where close. I'd highly recommend.

The technician (Daniel) spent more time explaining why my loveseat may not come clean than he did cleaning it. I did not disturb him while he did the cleaning. And after he finished he was right. There was considerable dark discoloration on the cushions and arms, areas that get the most wear. I was disappointed, but silently regretted that I had waited so long to have it cleaned.
As Daniel was saying good bye I noticed a scuff mark on the side of the loveseat. I pointed it out and he said he would clean the spot if I really wanted him to get his equipment out of the truck again.
