Terrible furniture cleaners. The workers were obviously homeless workers picked up on the street. Their equipment broke down several times and was very dirty. After having them clean our upholstered furniture we had to go back ourselves and clean really dirty spots. They left trash everywhere and footprints all over the hardwood floors. We certainly won't use them again.

This company recently purchased the company I had been using for the last 4 years. We had them out to clean our carpet and to remove some pet smells. After a few days the smell was back. I called to advise them of the problem and they said we never told them about the pet odors and they didn't treat them. They would not fix the problem and only offered that we should spray it with white vinegar. I will never use them again.

So Bob and the gang came out to my house today and cleaned my carpets, let's just get this review started and make it very clear that I am 100% satisfied. They cleaned everything single inch of carpet I had at my house and they did a great job. It's now almost 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they are gone and they left I handful of fans behind to dry the carpet and I was told that they will be back to pick everything up and walk the job later this afternoon. The stairs look great, the bedrooms look great, the family room looks awesome and what we call our lounge has never looked better

I have tried 3 different carpet cleaners. The one I used for several years....the carpeting always looked the same....not really clean! So I tried Dunn Well because I see their truck frequently. I had Dunn Well come out mainly because the same spots have been there and we are selling our home so we wanted to spruce it up without putting new carpeting down (because the new owner will do that anyway!) Dunn well did a superb job. The spots that have reaapeared each time or they told me they couldn't get them out by the other carpet cleaner.....miraculously they are GONE! Someone told me

"I tried the rest and FINALLY ... found the best!" Dunn-Well is not your average "quickie" steamer, no they came in and took their time and REALLY got down deep in my sofa's. I was referred to them by a friend who has used Dunn-Well for years. This is defiantly a company where you get what you pay for. I'm a customer for life. Thanks SO Much!
