I contacted OC Protech to come and clean my carpets and I was very impressed by the quick response time. I made a appt for that afternoon since I was hosting a get together the following day. The technician showed up 10 mins early and went right to work. He was prompt, courteous, respectful and professional. My carpets turned out great. He followed up with me the following day. I will definitely be hiring him again and I would recommend him for all your carpet cleaning needs.

It was a pleasure to have Edie over around 3 weeks ago. He figureed out how to take care of our old and cheap carpet. He was on time and got done with this gig in one hour. When my roomate returned home she was so impressed with how clean the carpet looked! We rent a cozzy apartment in downtown which has an old carpet that gets dirty so easily and is nearly improssible to clean it - well this did not seem to be an extreme task for Eddie. OC Pro Tech is awesome. Cliff was on time, professional and polite. I had the tile cleaned in my entire home as well as all the carpets. With fresh paint on the walls he took his time and made sure no to damage anything. The RotoVac he uses brought the carpet back to life. Not only does it clean extremely well it also fluffs the fibers making it look like new. I'm impressed and would happily use OC Pro Tech again. Thank you Cliff!

I called OC Pro Tech about a last minute carpet cleaning on a rental property I'd purchased for family. They replied quickly and came out promptly. Even when we discovered the water had not yet been turned on, they used extension hoses to reach a couple doors down to my own property's hose bib and made it work. The carpets came out very nice, and it was great to know that no toxic chemicals were used on carpets where the two young boys would be living/playing. Their prices are standard for the higher quality cleaning services, but worth it to me.

We used OC Pro Tech for the first time today to clean our carpeting and two area rugs. They did a FANTASTIC job! Cliff the owner who came to our house. OC Pro Tech Carpet & Tile Cleaning just finished cleaning my carpets and they look amazing! They were able to completely remove some heavy stains that'd been on my stairs for a long time. I'm so impressed! They were also able to lift some pretty gross stains that my dog left when she got sick. Now they look like new. Cliff & Eddie were such nice, friendly people. I'm extremely happy with their service and will call OC Pro Tech the second I need another cleaning in the future. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with OC PROTECH!! We had them treat our living room carpet, kitchen/bathroom tile and one of our chairs. Everything cleaned up better than I expected thanks to the great attention to detail. The guys are also very friendly and personable, the entire experience was beyond our expectations and we cannot wait to use them again in the future.

Wow! If you are looking to micro manage to make sure that the job is done right or are ready to deal with an owner to give you an attitude, then he is the right guy for you.
I had Cliff come to my house before a holiday party to clean 2 love seats, sofa, 2 rugs and one room. Unfortunately, he did a rush job and didn't thoroughly clean the couch as well as he did with the one of the love seats.
I had my wife at home hoping that Cliff will do a thorough job without me watching over him; but I was wrong. My wife called me to let me know that did a bad job with the couch she also mentioned

It was pretty nasty.
These guys are awesome. Here's why:
* They did a great job. Our carpet looks great.
* Cliff quotes a reasonable price and doesn't try the bait & switch
(the price was exactly what he quoted on the phone)
* In and out in an hour
You can't ask for much more than someone to do exactly what they say they are going to do. It doesn't happen enough and these guys are rock stars as far as I'm concerned.

Called OC Pro Tech for an estimate at my office. We get our carpets cleaned here at least once every 60-90 days and the last few companies we've tried had done mediocre work for outlandish prices. They would hook us with the $99 special (the most common special you'll see online) and when they would show up, we would be told that since it was an office building it was considered commercial, and would not fall under the deal. This would usually result in a $250+ charge... But not OC Pro Tech.

First time using these guys and it was a great experience. We had been looking for someone to do the cleaning of our house after we move out to prep it for new tenants. It seems like that was a difficult task to accomplish. Most people wouldn't call back and the ones that did had some weird pricing.
OC ProTech was easy to work with and price was perfect. No up-sells, no funny business.

My office needed carpet cleaning. I got quotes from about a dozen carpet cleaning companies. Called Cliff, he had the BEST price out of there and he was able to come the very next day. He was on time, polite, and did a FANTASTIC job on the carpet. Now our office smells wonderful and we have super clean carpet all around.
