Vivanco Construction began with the entrepreneurial ambition of Jose F. Vivanco Jr. in 1999 in the small town of Delhi, California. Jose Jr. had the vision of a company that would run unlike any other; emergency fix-it's, home repairs, remodeling, termite repair, landscaping, and entire building construction while making clients feel like family.
In 2015, our work extends from Sacramento to Fresno, and from Citrus Heights to San Jose. With continual customer support, our business has flourished with great clientele that we hope to continue satisfying for decades to come. Jose Jr. is CEO of the company with his father, Jose Sr. and brother, Rodrigo as Project Managers, and mother, Sylvia as CFO, and younger brother, Arnaldo as Marketing Director.
It is evident by the company structure that we are family oriented and firm believers that family is the basis of strength, reason why our clients are treated like family.
