This was a renovation project to our kitchen, dining room, & powder room done by JKB Construction Ltd. We chose JKB because we wanted a reputable, established company that we would feel comfortable & confident with while nervously watching our walls being knocked down etc. The project proceeded exactly as Jeff told us it would.

JKB repaired the outside of our chimney and the resulting water damage along the side of our house due to a missing roof flashing. This job required installing the missing roof flashing to direct the rainwater away from our chimney and house side, repairing the previously badly repaired chimney bricks, painting the chimney, removing and repairing the rotted siding and removing and repairing the wet materials underneath.
