I was referred to Mike and Awalt Construction from a friend. Mike was quick to respond to my request for a roof inspection. He came out and thoroughly inspected the roof and made a few minor repairs at the same time. He was able to confirm that the roof was in good shape and gave us piece of mind. We found Mike Awalt through Next Door and was highly recommended. We hired him to review work that was done by another contractor. Mike was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. He took time from his weekend to sit an answer questions we had regarding the other contractor an his contract. His final report was very detailed an well written, along with pictures to show what we are looking at and problems that were found. Mike was very easy to talk and patient with me and answered all my questions. I would recommend him a hundred times over! Thank you Awalt Construction!!
